Conference Hall - Council Meeting
Alex had presented more evidence claiming Jonathan cannot inherit the River legacy claiming his mother abandoned the name, making the council believe she wanted no connection with the name.
But today we were in for a shock as today there was a River representative among the council representatives.
"My name is Fred, and my family has been the legal representative of both the River and Rollings family for generations,"
"This is the record of the River family that the public has always known of,"
"I want you all, especially Mr. Rollings, to carefully hear me from here on,"
Jonathan leaned forward with pinched eyebrows.
"The River inheritance has always been connected to a protected private property that exists to this date,"
"The protected private property's name is Rollings House,"
I saw his expression change on hearing the name of the house again.
"Rollings House?" Jonathan said, quietly again.
