Vikash and Ajay search for Alka here and there, but she is nowhere to be found.
Then Ajay asks Vijay,
"Vijay, where is Alka? She's not visible. She came with us, right?"
"Yes, she did come, but she had a headache, so I told her to leave. She left just two minutes ago."
"Oh."
"But why are you asking? Did you need something?"
"No, I just didn't see her, that's why."
"Alright, you focus on the ritual."
Saying this, Ajay goes to Vikash and tells him,
"Alka had a headache, so she went to Anam's house. She left just two minutes ago. Call your man and tell him not to come here, but to finish Alka on the way."
Vikash calls the man and tells him exactly the same.
Alka is returning to Anam's house in Vijay's car when suddenly another car hits her car from behind. The road is deserted, with only a few vehicles passing at such a late hour.
At first, Alka thinks it's a mistake, but when the car keeps hitting her repeatedly even after she gives space, she realizes it's intentional.
She increases her speed, but loses control, and her car crashes into a tree. Her head hits the car, and she starts bleeding badly.
The car behind also stops. A man gets out and comes toward Alka's car, searching for her.
But Alka manages to get out of the car and runs toward a nearby house she had noticed earlier.
Reaching the house, she starts banging on the door loudly and cries out for help.
Meanwhile, the man looks around but cannot find her. However, seeing drops of blood on the road, he guesses the direction she went.
He reaches the same house where Alka is already banging on the door and calling for help.
Seeing him approaching, Alka cries even louder for help.
Just before the man can reach her, the door of the house opens.
Alka rushes inside and tries to close the door, but the man pushes from outside, trying to force it open.
Alka uses all her strength to shut the door, but when she realizes she won't be able to, she leaves it and runs upstairs using the stairs inside the house.
The man enters the house, and as soon as he steps in, the main door shuts automatically.
Alka runs into a room upstairs, locks herself inside, and sits quietly near the door.
The room has only a table with a paperweight on it. The house is completely silent, making every footstep of the man clearly audible.
Along with the sound of footsteps, Alka's heartbeat grows faster.
The man searches every room carefully. When he finds the last room locked from inside, he understands Alka is in there.
He calls out,
"Alka, come out, or I'll break the door."
"How does he know my name!?" she thinks.
She remembers her phone and starts searching for it, but it was left in the car.
The man starts banging on the door.
Frightened, Alka moves away from the door and goes deeper into the room.
A dim light is on in the room. Alka breaks it using the paperweight.
In the dark, she gathers pieces of glass by touch, places them in one end of her dupatta, and ties it tightly with the paperweight.
Then she quietly unlocks the door and stands silently beside it in the darkness.
As soon as the man enters the room, Alka trips him with her foot, making him fall. Then, wrapping the dupatta around her hands, she repeatedly strikes his face with the paperweight and glass.
Because of the darkness, the man cannot see Alka or understand how she is attacking him.
Somehow, he manages to get out of the room, but his eyes are badly injured from the blows of glass and the paperweight.
He tries to open his eyes, but cannot.
When Alka realizes that he has lost his ability to see, she comes in front of him and pushes him.
With the push, the man falls down the stairs, getting severely injured.
Now Alka feels completely relaxed.
She slowly comes downstairs, steps over his body, and walks to a fridge in the hall.
She takes out water, drinks it, and looks through the items inside. She notices a bottle of alcohol.
After drinking water, she goes into the kitchen, turns on the gas regulator, leaves the gas open, and comes out of the kitchen.
