Chapter 16 - Training Continues

As Quash and the Gym bros were chatting, someone suddenly suggested why not they train hand to hand combat techniques practically?

Sparing with each other. So that if there are anything wrong, they could point it out. The suggestion demanded a moment of silence from everyone because it was something every Gym bros were feeling but were too afraid to suggest. They already felt very indebted towards Quash so they didn't wanted to burden him with more work.

He was already helping them immensely by telling them his realisation to them. Without asking for anything.

Quash taught of the suggestion for a moment before asking everyone's opinion. They agreed readily. And he didn't see a reason to refuse either. Besides, he was thinking of finding some sparing partner to spar with but now that soany people were in the same line as him, it has become even better.

Because he could not only learn from their mistakes but also the innovative ways they come up with usuing their own unique way of thinking

Quash felt it was very good idea. So he told them that they will start from today and from everyday, they will be training in evening after calisthenics traning.

With everything said and done, all of them got in position and started to perform the skills Without swords. Quash would correct them to the best of his abilities and demonstrate in front of everyone.

And just like him, they got used to it fast. Because most of the Gym bros has greater mastery in the Tri-Sword Formation and Flowing Water Footwork Technique than him. He was a lazy bum while they trained like maniacs. They were either in Expert Proficiency or Lv.10 of Intermediate at least.

Quash couldn't wait to learn from them.

After everyone got somewhat used to the disaligning feeling, they started to spar lightly.

And after that, everyone went home enticipating the next day. They chatted with excitement with holding quiet respect for Quash. They had never thought of usuing the Tri-Sword Formation and Flowing Water Footwork Technique like that.

It was truly eye opening to them. Many of them were from poor backgrounds and couldn't afford formal training in anything. Getting someone like Quash to teach them and also having many people who shared the same background, it was a novel experience for them.

This shift around that part of the park has been noticed by many but no one paid any heed to it. Because the students in the park has mostly formed groups and trained with their groups. Join some other groups wasn't possible for them anymore.

And to the groups, this new band of people were juet an emerging group like them. Previously, only the loners without any groups used to train in this part of the park but now it seems like the loners have formed a group and doing weird stuff that they had no interest in.

Quash went home feeling satisfied for many different reasons. He did his daily routine and went to sleep. Thus ended the day of crazy growth and bonding.

3 days have passed since Quash and the Gym bros have decided to train in hand to hand combat and spar.

Through out these three days, Quash had quietly rearrange the group to function more efficiently by sharing his routine of work out with them. Even though they already knew, but he also explained the reasons for such choice.

They followed whatever Quash said without hesitation. So from then on, everyone runs at their top speed and they stop the moment they feel like they are losing speed rest and start again.

Though the training was simple, the effect differed massively. The improvement was there. Some even experienced Increase in Endurance and Dexterity stats. Because of that, everyone was fired up and trained extra hard. And their hard work was slowly starting to pay off. Everyone was experiencing brak through in Dexterity and Endurance by 1 or 2.

Quash had Increased the intensity of his calisthenics traning even more. He would hold a spoon full of water but that wasn't enough anymore after his crazy Increase in Dexterity. His motor control increased to a level where he could balance it perfectly even when he did squats very fast.

The water staied alsmot still. So he added a ball on top to make it extra hard. The gym bros were also doing this same exercise but with only spoon for now. Quash felt it was still inefficient and went further beyond, he oiled the bar and tried to do one finger hand stand push ups and as expected, he failed. But he felt it was doable. He just needed a bit of time.

He had already left the normal human territory when his stats broke through 30 mark. With it breaking 40, it was even more insane. He could shatter a concrete wall and only experience minor injuries in his knuckles.

And after three days of intense training, the loner group training area has tunred into a systematic martial arts training area to others. The Gym bros maintained perfect line and rows because Quash told them that the vibe if discipline in the air will work as a silent motivator. They didn't know how much of it was true before but now they know. It felt good to be disaplined.

They were even getting admiration from passing crowds. Some even stated recording. But Quash told them to do it desecrately because they were disturbing them. People were nice about it because even they were affected by the serious atmosphere and didn't mess with the loner group.

And the loner group traning became even more impressive after the evening. When they start sparing.

After 3 days, everyone had regained their bearings and their high Proficiency skills at play. But they still couldn't match Quash on one on one so he has two Gym bros spar with him to increase the intensity.

The reason being, they are just getting started. Another is, they only knows how to use the principles of thurst, chp, and Perry. Not remix them like Quash.
