He was sitting on hisrooms sofa after taking another shower and washing thoroughly once again. He also used more detersine to make sure the clothes doesn't have any smell.
Quash closed his status window and leaned back against the sofa with a big smile. The feeling of improvement was real. The glee was felt. And he was just getting started...?
Quash didn't understand his line of thought because he didn't need to. He was holding himself back from dancing and laughing like a maniac. He below average stats just caught up to the global standards!
All because his body expelled some impurities. And the most satisfying part was that it was partial expulsion! There were still impurities inside his body! Meaning his stats will grow even further!
How did he knew? Marrow Cleansing or Impurity Expulsion is a big thing in this world. Not many people gets to experience it. He had read in the novel about this phenomenon and some characters who had experienced it describe it. It is like standard martial arts novels, black murky stuff ozes out of the skin all at once.
The reason his impurities were black was because it was partial expulsion. And that's why he was sure that if he worked hard, he will be able to expell all the impurities from his body and go through complete reconstruction! And without any pain!
The happiness was unreal. And he didn't see a need to hold back. But for the sack of not cringing later, he kept himself at bay. He was also studying the Aura in his Cardiovascular System. He noticed that there were some Pure Aura present.
Quash stopped the circulation and immediately, every bit of Aura was back to being the marble sized orb inside his Dantian. It happened so fast that one moment, everything was flowing and the next moment, they have stopped and gathered.
That was the speed of 7000 meter per second.
Quash studied his Aura Core while he cleaned and sprayed some perfume on the weights. He also noticed that the Aura Charged Condition has disappeared. He put the weights on and walked out. It was time to calisthenics. His destination was the park. His Gym bros were probably waiting.
He looked inside him using his Inner Sight and noticed that the Aura Core was still the same but the vibe was a bit different. Like it was changing and was slowly starting to behave. The blood red colour has also deemed a bit. And ye noticed some white dots here and there.
Quash now understood why he felt so ticklish when he first tried to circulate with Natural Energy. It was because the Natural Energy was scrapping against his impurities but it moved so fast that it couldn't catch it. Thus that intense discomfort.
Quash didn't think much of it. He felt happy to see such raise in stats but to get to the true end of the Rising Trend, he needed to expell all his impurities.
Or it would be a waste. Because Rising Trend also means the world is giving subtle growth buff. That's why it was considered a golden opportunity of growth but not many gets it. But it is not rare as well. Something in between.
That's why scholers says to work extra hard to get the maximum benefit from the buff. He had also again started circulating again. But this time, instead of 1000 cycles per second, he moved it to 2000 cycles per second to see if the Impurity Expulsion happens sooner or not.
Quash reached the training area in the park and saw many already doing calisthenics. But they left a spot for him. The bar and places he usually trains in. Feeling touched, he decided to give all of them some tips and tricks about the uses of the Tri-Sword Formation and Flowing Water Footwork Technique. Like how they could use the principles to increase their motor control, raise the skill level, as well as get better at hand to hand combat.
They listened carefully. Some even took out their phone to record and asked if he could repeat, which he did without hesitation.
Seeing that, others took out their phones and started recording as well. When he was done, everyone thanked him for sharing such valuable insights and felt indebted to him.
Quash said that he didn't need them to be indebt and told them to just do better. But somehow, it had the opposite of what he had expected and they started to train extra hard with saying something like to repay his "Grand Gesture".
He had expected them to drop the matter and dtart training but not like this. But he didn't duel much in it, shook his head and started his own training. And as expected, his growth shocked everyone and it made them fired up even more.
Quash also managed to to one finger hand stand push ups on the bar without his balance going of like yesterday. He hadn't even managed to balance even once. But here he was, with just 10 increase in Dexterity, he was able to do it now. Though it wasn't perfect and his other stats also helped.
Like his Strength and Endurance stats. Since his mucle Strength was greater, he could exert more force to maintain balance in case it shifts. And with Endurance going up, his body became tougher, his finger didn't feel like it was about to ascend to another dimension or the joints bending weird ways.
Quash performed all the exercises till evening. He and the Gym bros ate together. But unlike normal days where everyone is quite, they were asking questions about the ideas he had shared. They didn't ask him about his explosive growth. They could more or less tell that it was due to Impurity Expulsion because of what happened in the morning.
