Central Tower, Emergency Stairs
Oro and the students were running upstairs.
"We're on the 30th floor," said Oro. "Melissa, what's the last floor?"
"There are 200 floors," said Melissa.
"EEEEEEHHHHH?" Oro yelled. "200? YOU COULD'VE TOLD ME--"
"We gotta climb this much?" Mato said, placing a hand on Oro's mouth. "...Damn it."
They kept going upstairs until they reached the 80th floor, where Oro found an armored door.
"Holy shit," said Oro. "Should I punch it?"
"If you do, the security system will react and inform the Villains," said Melissa.
"Can't we just go here?" Mineta said as he opened a door.
"No, wait!"
Too late. The alarm rang.
"Fine, just what we needed..." Mato sighed.
Oro's squad didn't waste time and kept running down the alley, since the door was now open.
"Is there another way to go up?" Mato asked.
"There are other emergency stairs on the other side of the building," said Melissa.
The door closed.
"Dammit, the Villains closed every door," said Oro. But then he noticed a door on the wall. "Young Todoroki!"
"Yes!" Shoto didn't have to be told twice and used his ice, leaving the armored door open just enough for Oro's squad to get past it.
"Light Smash!" Oro shattered the door. "Fine. We can pass by here."

80th floor, Factory Plant
"What's this place?" Izuku wondered.
"A Factory Plant," said Melissa. "It is used to study the Quirks' effects on plants."
"Wait! Look there!" Jiro said. There was an elevator. "The elevator is going up."
"Shit, they're following us...!" said Oro. "Let's hide!"
Oro's squad hid in the bushes.
"Do you think we can use that elevator to go up?" Denki asked.
"No, only the authorized personnel can use it," Melissa replied.
The elevator's doors opened, revealing two Villains.
"They said the brats and Oro were here," said the first one. "Nice place to hide."
Please, don't come, don't notice us, don't even look in this direction... we don't exist...
"I found you, brats!"
Shit!
"Huh? What did you say, bastard?"
Young Bakugo? Young Kirishima? How did they end up here?
"What are you two doing here?" the second Villain asked.
"We got lost!" Kirishima said. "Do you know where the party is?"
"How the hell did they end up on the 80th floor?" Mato wondered.
One of the Villains attacked Kirishima. Shoto was fast enough to block the attack with his ice.
"This ice..." Bakugo said. "Todoroki!"
"Seems like we had to come out anyway," Oro snorted. "Hey, you two! How the fuck did you get lost?!"
"Oro-san!" Kirishima exclaimed.
"Shirakawa, listen. Young Todoroki and I will stay here, trying to buy you some time," Oro said. "You and the others think about reaching the 200th floor."
Shoto generated ice from his palm and created a column to propel Mato and the others up.
"We'll reach you when we're done!" Oro exclaimed.
"Oro-san, you're all here?" Kirishima asked. "What's happening?"
"Didn't you hear the announcement?" Oro asked. "Villains took control of this tower."
"What?" Bakugo exclaimed.
"For now... let's just think about beating these guys up," Oro said. "I'm gonna hold back; I wanna see how you young men handle these guys! And don't lower your guard!"
"Oro, you're here..." said a Villain. "Don't underestimate us!"
The Villain used his Quirk and became bigger, and his skin turned pinkish-purple.
Shoto created ice, and it got shattered by the Villain, who kept punching the floor, hoping to hit someone.
"Wrong direction!" Oro called for him. "Let's see who's got the strongest punch!"
Sbam!
Oro's and the Villain's punches collided. Of course, Oro won the clash, and the Villain flew a few feet away.
"Die!" Bakugo attacked him with an explosion. The Villain turned and tried to punch Bakugo, but Kirishima arrived, hardened, and took the hit in place of him.
"Young Kirishima!" Oro exclaimed as he saw Kirishima smashing against the wall. No, he's going to be alright...
"You surely aren't normal kids," said the other Villain. "Especially you, Oro... who are these kids?"
"Come and find out yourself," Oro said. "You're not even worthy of saying my name."

"We're still too far from our goal!" Mato exclaimed. "And we're also trapped, moreover!"
"Can't we really go any more up?" Denki wondered.
"Melissa-chan, isn't that a door, that thing on the ceiling?" Mato pointed at a spot on the ceiling.
"That's the maintenance room for the photovoltaic system!" Melissa said.
"There must be emergency stairs!" said Izuku.
"Yeah, but they can be used only by the inside."
"We were so close..." Uraraka said.
"No, wait," Mato said. Quickly, he created a bomb made of darkness and threw it at the door. It exploded. "Opened. Now we can go on up."
"But... who can enter there without problems?" Izuku wondered. They all turned to Mineta.
"Eh? Me?" Mineta said. "Do you have an idea how high that thing is?!"
Mato sighed. "Mineta, come here."
"W-what do you want, Shirakawa?" Mineta asked.
"I said, 'Come here,'" Mato repeated.
Mineta walked up to him. "What is it?"
Mato kneeled to him. "Do it. If you do it, you'll have success with girls, and you might be able to create your own harem. I know a few hotties in my class I can introduce you to."
"...Oh," Mineta said. "Well, I'm the only one who can do this, right?"

"Yeah, yeah, calm down, you horny dwarf..." Mato said as he climbed the stairs. "Now, let's go beat these Villains up."

"Die!"
Oro, Bakugo, and Shoto were still fighting against those two Villains. Bakugo was dodging the purple Villain's attacks with his explosions, while Oro fought him toe-to-toe.
"Dammit, they never get tired," said Oro. "Fine, take this!"
"Howitzer... Impact!"
"Light Smash, 100%!"
The two Villains got taken down, and Shoto trapped them in ice.
"Young Kirishima, you okay?" Oro asked as the three of them went to check Kirishima's condition.
"I-I can't move..." said Kirishima. "Help me..."
"Are you dumb?" Bakugo asked. "Just deactivate your Quirk."
"Oh, right," Kirishima deactivated his Quirk and finally broke free from the wall. "Damn, they surprised me."
"The important thing is that you are alright now," said Oro. "Young Bakugo, Young Todoroki, Young Kirishima, reach Shirakawa and the others. I've got something to do."
The three boys nodded and ran to reach the other group.
"So, now..." Oro walked up to one of the Villains. "Tell me now, who's your leader?"
"Our leader... his name..." said the Villain weakly. "It's Wolfram..."
"Wolfram..." Oro repeated. "Who sent you here?"
"...David... Shield..."
What? David Shield sent these Villains here?
"Why?"
"I... don't know... only Wolfram knows..."
The Villain fainted.
"What the Hell does it mean...?" Oro wondered. "Tch, never mind. I gotta help the others..."
But as he turned, Oro noticed lots of robotic sentries.
"Oh, so I'm nowhere near finished here, huh?" Oro smirked. "Fine. Let's do this!"
