In a hidden underground government bunker, the meeting between the top ten power users was underway. The bunker was, for that meeting, made the most secure place on the planet Earth; there were twelve levels of security with a thousand soldiers at each level.But the strongest security was at the lowest level, the top ten strongest power users.
The meeting was held regarding the sudden emergence of the vanquisher and the death of Noah's brother.Half an hour into the meeting, after they had discussed everything about what happened. The next topic was what to do now – what action should be taken for this incident.
Noah was furious; if not for the other top ten, he was ready to go for Johan's throat immediately after hearing the news in the morning.
"I am going to skin that bastard alive, in the same way he did with my brother!"
Declared Noah to everyone present there, even though world no. 1 and world no. 10 were not there.

"You little insolent bastard, if we were not losing a vital body part, we would have killed you before you even reached the top five!"
Said world no. 5. To this Noah replied.
"Ah, forget it; talking to you bunch is useless. I know you all are not going to assist me. And I don't even need the help of any of you weaklings; I am strong enough to split even the ocean in half!"
All of them were silent because it was not just a bluff; Noah was strong, ridiculously strong.But this showed that the top two above him were even stronger. Noah spoke up again; now he spoke to the world, No. 7.

"During the second great war, I had once encountered the vanquisher myself as well."
Everyone was shocked to hear this, as Chanwoo had never said anything about this even once. He continued.
"Don't become so surprised; we didn't fight, it was just a small talk. During the talk, I confirmed it myself that he didn't have any powers. All I am saying is that I don't care... I don't care if you kill him or not; from me, you can do whatever you want as long as the rest are not involved."
This made Noah smile; Chanwoo's approval was more than enough for him to proceed. The others could not say anything to oppose him.
"Ok, then next week, I am going to Berlin and... I will bring the Vanquisher's head with me as a souvenir." He said while smiling ear to ear.
Chan-woo thought to himself.
"All of it is going exactly as planned by Yoshitsune and Vsevolod... I am sure Yoshi-hyungnim would be smiling after hearing this."
