Chapter 31 - Chapter 30 Shakky's Worry

Chapter 30 Shakky's Worry

Ron and Newgate returned to their ships. Stussy looked at Ron and Gloriousa in disbelief, her eyes wide as she processed what had just happened.

"You really killed an Admiral?" she asked, her voice filled with shock and confusion.

"Yep, that bastard had the nerve to think of hurting Ron," Gloriousa huffed angrily, still clearly irritated by the earlier fight.

Her grip around Ron tightened slightly as if recalling the moment made her even more annoyed.

Stussy's mouth twitched as she stared at them. "Umm… can you say that after releasing Ron?" she pointed out dryly.

Gloriousa was still clinging to Ron's back, hugging him around the neck without a care in the world.

"Emmm, why should I?" Gloriousa tilted her head in confusion, completely serious.

Ron smiled faintly before moving her from his back into his arms, lifting her effortlessly.

"Kyaa!" Gloriousa let out a small startled sound as she was picked up so suddenly.

Ron leaned in and kissed her cheek casually, as if nothing unusual had happened.

"Well, you must be tired. How about I give you a massage?" Ron said calmly.

Gloriousa beamed instantly, her mood flipping in a second. "You are the best, darling. You always know what I want."

"Oi!" Stussy shouted in frustration, but the two had already walked off toward their room.

She stood there fuming as the door shut behind them without a single glance back.

"This is my damn ship, not your bedroom, you bastards!" she yelled, completely ignored.

Her face twitched in irritation before she turned away with teary eyes, clearly offended.

She glanced toward Newgate's ship and shouted, "Newgate, how about I give you a massage too?"

Trying to salvage her pride, she forced a smile, though it didn't reach her eyes.

He waved dismissively while drinking. "Gurararara, I'm fine with my booze."

He tilted the massive gourd and continued drinking as if nothing else mattered.

"Fuck you and your booze," Stussy snapped, turning away in annoyance.

She stomped back toward her room, grumbling under her breath the entire way.

"All this bastard sees is booze, booze… hmph," she muttered, slamming the door shut behind her.

The ship fell into a brief silence, only the sound of waves and distant chaos remaining.

In Marineford, Kong slammed his fist onto his desk, completely destroying it in a single blow.

"What idiot gave permission to Goro to take top-secret items with him?" he roared in anger.

A soldier stood stiffly in front of him, trying not to panic under the pressure.

"Sir… Admiral Goro took something and disappeared without stating where he was headed."

"Damn that cowardly bastard. What is he planning?" Kong rubbed his forehead, clearly frustrated.

Before he could think further, the door burst open once again.

A panting soldier rushed in, barely able to stand straight. "Si-sir!"

Kong frowned but sighed, calming himself slightly. "Calm down. Take a breath."

The soldier nodded, steadying himself before speaking again.

"Sir… it's Admiral Goro. His vivre card has burned."

"What?!" Kong shot to his feet instantly, his expression turning grim.

"What do you mean? Was it really Goro's card?"

"Yes, sir. We received reports that Admiral Goro went to Ripple Kingdom after hearing about Ron and Roger fighting.

Since Vice Admiral Garp was nearby, he decided to intervene as well."

"Damn that merit-hungry bastard," Kong cursed under his breath.

"And why hasn't any news from Garp's ship arrived yet?"

"Sir, reports say that while Ron, Roger, and Garp were fighting, a massive explosion occurred.

Ron threw Garp and Roger into the sea, saving them, but was caught in the blast."

"They are still searching for Vice Admiral Garp," the soldier finished carefully.

Kong's face paled as realization struck him like lightning.

"Dyna Stone… that bastard Goro must have taken a Dyna Stone," Kong muttered grimly.

"That ruthless monster threw it while Garp was fighting them…"

His blood boiled with rage, but there was nothing he could do now.

"Inform all nearby Marines. They must find Garp alive. Search every inch of the sea near Ripple Kingdom."

"Yes, sir!" the soldier saluted and rushed out immediately.

Kong dropped back into his chair, looking completely drained.

"Another Admiral gone…" he muttered, staring blankly ahead.

Now the Marines were left with only one Admiral, along with himself as Fleet Admiral.

"Garp, Sengoku, Zephyr… you all need to grow faster," Kong said quietly.

"The era has entered a delicate point. The balance we maintained for over 700 years might break because of the Rocks Pirates."

He sighed deeply, looking out the window at the distant sea.

The storm that was coming could no longer be stopped easily.

---

In the Holy Land, inside the Chamber of Authority, the Five Elders sat in silence as reports arrived.

"Another Admiral dead. The Marines are the weakest they have been in history," St. Petter said with a sigh.

"That's not entirely true," St. Nesturo replied calmly. "We still have Garp, Sengoku, and Zephyr."

"They just need time to fully mature into their strength."

"Garp is already close, if not at Admiral level," he continued.

"Sengoku and Zephyr are not far behind either."

"But because of Goro's independent actions, Garp's situation is unclear," St. Topman added.

The room grew quiet as they considered the consequences.

"Even with a Dyna Stone, he was useless," St. Saturn muttered coldly.

"But this kind of behavior cannot be allowed again."

"An Admiral acting without permission is unacceptable unless the situation is urgent," Saturn continued.

"What about Ron?" St.Marce asked.

"We already raised his bounty Not long ago," came the reply.

"Now we shift the narrative."

"Give the credit to Garp," St. Warcury said, tapping his cane lightly.

"Admiral Goro stole dangerous weapons in order to sell it to Ron and Roger."

"Garp fought Admiral Goro and eliminated him after Goro betrayed the Marines."

"He also fought Ron and Roger and ensured the dangerous weapon was not taken," he continued calmly.

"Spread this story across all newspapers."

"Agreed." ×5

---

Soon, the news spread across the world through the World Government's newspapers.

Rocks, who already knew the truth, burst into laughter.

"Vohahahahaha! Those bastards really know how to make stories," he said mockingly.

The sheer absurdity of it amused him greatly.

Shiki sneered from the side. "Damn it, why didn't you send me? I would have cut down that coward Goro myself."

Rocks ignored him completely and picked up a Den Den Mushi.

"What happened to Roger and Garp?" he asked.

"Gurararara, those bastards were washed onto a nearby deserted island and started fighting again," Newgate replied.

In Paradise, on Perfume Yuda, Shakky read the newspaper silently.

Her eyes lingered on the report longer than usual.

She sighed softly, folding the paper as worry crept into her expression.

Her gaze shifted toward the sea, filled with unease.

"Idiot…" she muttered under her breath, though it wasn't clear who she meant.

The waves crashed gently, but the world itself was far from calm.
