He got close enough and saw Priscilla and Victor in a stand off,it was obvious Victor was stoping her from moving through,if he tries to stop me then I'm going to cut him down.
He was preparing to attack when he saw Aurelia appear beside Victor,so he came to a stop, while most fear Victor because of his willingness to fight anyone,he was more on guard against the witch,so change his approach.
Step out of the way you two or i will charge you for treason and kill you, Augustus said.

It would appear we would have to face your wrath because we made a promise that doesn't allow us to obey that command.
Augustus was seething but he waited a little until Marcus arrived and said. You two hold them back, after saying that he attacked with everything he had. Lightning strike both Victor and Aurelia separating them.
Then both Marcus and Priscilla rush to attack each of them Marcus going after Victor and Aurelia was met by Priscilla.
After the strike Augustus move straight towards the mountain but immediately he got close and before fight between the other four could start,a strong force from the top of the mountain hit all three, Augustus, Marcus and Priscilla.
It wasn't enough to kill them but it threw them back and it did so roughly, they hit the ground hard creating a carter each. Augustus was the first to stand up he waited for the other two, when they got up they were all lightly injured.
They nodded at each other confirming they were okay then they flew towards mount kiaza, but this time when they got there and met those two, they didn't try to move further.
It was obviously clear they were not allowed forward by whatever was happening up there and these two were allowed.
What was that and why can't i assess my Mountain, Augustus asked.
Well why don't you go find out after all you just said it your mountain, surely it will obey you. Victor responded sarcastically.
Enough dear he has already been through enough no need to rub it in his face.
That true the sucker even fought that monster, that was a good way to help, Victor replied his wife.

Before Victor could answer with more sarcasm they all felt another change.
All the mana around started flooding the mountain and for the first time something else entered their perception.
It was a newly awaken core but it wasn't ordinary because it felt too robust for a new core and they were proven correct in that assessment.
Because it started absorbing Mana but the amount it absorbed just to move one rank would probably be enough for a normal human to increase in two rank.
But it got increasingly strange when with every rank up it requires almost five times the amount of regular human to increase, this continued still it stabilize at A+ rank.
Immediately after that, the ancient presence that has been protecting the mountain disappeared and with it came a terrifying reality, the mana in the mountain, the reason the royals has always been ahead of everyone disappeared.
Not that there was no Mana the density had become ordinary. Augustus would have flown into rage but he believed that whatever was or had from can still be used, and even though none of them can feel the rank of the core anymore, he was sure it would be enough to make him advance.

He drew his sword and this time he was not joking or planning to hold back he was more than prepared to kill everyone here if they so much as try to take what was his.
At the top of the mountain
Dante Miles had been born a new,he felt it,he didn't have his eyes covered with a cloth because it had been destroyed during his awakening but they were still closed,he hadn't needed to see before so instinctively he left them close.
He felt his body and the amount of strength he had was astonishing, he raised his hands and accidentally opened his eyes.
It felt like there was so much force contained in his eyes he was forced to raise his head to the sky before he opened them fully, and immediately they opened purple light blasted out into the sky, light so bright it was see through out the kingdom and the beast in the forest saw it too.
When the light subsided he could see everything,he could see the four confused royal children inside the mountain, he could see the king rushing past his grandparents towards him and he could see three pairs eyes looking at him from the forest, well one had more than one pair.
He knew without having to look at his system some of the things he could do and because he knew he smiled when he saw the charging king stop in front of him with a heavy frown on his face.
Augustus was confused he couldn't understand what he was seeing then the others appeared and then it clicked. This brat was the child of Marcus and the grandchild of Victor and Aurelia.
He must have been eating whatever was being produced by his mountain and now he was strong and no longer blind.

Augustus called lightning from the sky into his sword and swong while screaming give it back you theft.
Then something strange happened,it first confused those watching then it terrified two among them.
Augustus felt his sword meet resistance and then watch his lighting blast the fool and create dust,he remained in his attacking position waiting to see the results, when the dust settle, he was confused.
His sword hadn't actually made contact and when he looked at the ground the mark off the lighting strike avoided the boy and moved around him then he made a massive mistake by looking up at the boy.
Immediately they made eye contact,it was like he fell into a distorted dimension and continue falling without any control over himself, even time wss distorted he felt he had been falling for thousands of years.
He tried everything but nothing worked,he called for Mana it didn't respond, he called for lighting it didn't respond, then he began calling any name he could think of, nothing happened.
After more time pass he began to cry and beg,he did so for so long he forgot who he was begging, then why he was begging, when he was starting to forget who he was the dimension broke and released him,he was almost brain dead.

When the others saw how Augustus attack had gone they were shocked,so much so that Priscilla voice out a single word. HOW.
It didn't hurt him, better yet it didn't so much as touch him, they saw the confusion on Augustus face and realized he must have thought he made contact.
In his shock they saw him look down and it only increase his shock then he looked up and now they saw fear for only a second and then blank.
He just fell to his knees while still looking up even though he was no longer making eye contact with the boy because the boy eyes were now closed,then the boy said.

Priscilla taught (a little bit of trouble, you basically just took down humanity strongest with a look and that a little trouble, what the hell would you consider a big trouble, accidentally destroying the whole human domain.
