"General, it seems like they are evacuating?"
In the helicopter, a soldier reported the anomaly below to General Ross, making no effort to hide his confusion.
Looking down at the streets, General Ross found the scene before him quite pleasing to the eye:
If one looked closely, one could see these pedestrians were still doing their own things—talking, arguing, walking arm in arm.
But looking down from the sky, they flowed like smooth running water toward the civil defense facilities in the district; it was incredibly seamless, almost like an army evacuating in an orderly fashion.
"Osborn Group's new urban management system, what's it called? An impressive invention," General Ross exclaimed. "This kind of algorithm could perhaps be applied to military command as well."
General Ross's idea was not without merit, but ctOS was achieved based on a large number of networked public facilities in the city; it might be difficult for the military to achieve this.
However, Banner, who was beside him, grew puzzled:
Although he had been on the run and hadn't had time to learn about any new technology from the Osborn Group or what they had done.
But he knew a thing or two about urban management systems: monitoring, collecting data, unified planning, then feeding back data to control the city.
Now they seemed to be evacuating, so what exactly had they seen?

A series of explosions suddenly occurred in the direction of the college where Banner was captured!
Abomination was like a crazed monster, sweeping away everything in his path—

Hearing the voice on the walkie-talkie, the people in the helicopter looked at each other.
That was definitely not Hulk.
On the other side, at the Osborn Group laboratory.
Harry typed on the computer at high speed; he had to join the incident before Abomination was taken away.
Although his attention was focused on the computer, his keen Sixth Sense still allowed Harry to notice someone quietly creeping onto the ceiling behind him.
"Spider Agent, ready for action at any time," Peter said, pressing his voice down while clinging to the ceiling. "What's the mission?"
Harry waved his hand, and the video feed of Harlem District was connected.
"This thing; I need you to contain them, mainly the one that looks weird."
"Them? In the video, there seems to be only... well, now there are two, but they both look very weird, don't they?" Peter scratched his head.
"The bald one," Harry pulled out an electric conductive baton. "Use this. You need to stick this thing into him. This will help me obtain his detailed physical data."
Then, Harry would create a neural implant here capable of suppressing Abomination's activities.
To be safe, a new element reactor was installed on the electric conductive baton to provide enough energy for Lening to obtain Abomination's physical data.
"Received. Mission will be accomplished," Peter whispered again.
The battle between Hulk and Abomination was truly brutal, and in no time, half of Harlem District was torn apart by them.
Kicking Hulk away, Abomination shifted his gaze to General Ross's helicopter.
His immense strength allowed Abomination to easily gouge a foothold in the wall; he wanted to climb to the roof.
Who knows what General Ross was thinking; he insisted on having the helicopter move closer and then firing at Abomination with the rotary machine gun, and Hulk immediately gave chase.
Just as Abomination ran past a water tower, he suddenly changed direction and lunged at the helicopter!
Bang!
At the critical moment, Hulk also jumped. In the end, Abomination grabbed the edge of the helicopter, and Hulk grabbed Abomination's foot.
The weight of the two giants caused the helicopter to tilt constantly; the situation was precarious!
"Damn it, we need to make an emergency landing!" the pilot shouted, "Hold on—"
As soon as he finished speaking, the helicopter's tail rotor immediately hit the GG sign, staging a scene of Black Hawk Down in New York City—

The helicopter crashed, turning into scrap metal, with fuel constantly leaking from the tank.
But Abomination was completely unharmed!
Hulk really wanted to help his girlfriend get away from the helicopter that could explode at any moment, but Abomination blocked his way.
At this moment, both Banner and Hulk understood that they had to kill this damn Abomination.
On a wall not far away, Peter had been watching for quite a while.
"Harry, aren't we going to make a move yet? That helicopter is leaking fuel." Peter's tone was somewhat nervous. He was agile, but this was his first time on a battlefield; he was just a high school student, and even Spider-Man would have an adrenaline surge.
"No, wait a little longer."

Hulk, now free, rushed toward the helicopter that was about to explode, clapped his hands, and the strong wind stirred up instantly extinguished all the flames!
"So cool." Clinging to the wall, Peter couldn't help but stare in awe. "That's just too awesome."
"Peter? Mission!"
"Uh, on my way!"
Taking advantage of the time while Abomination was hammered into the wall, Peter stuck the electric conductive baton in his hand onto Abomination. The jumping blue electric arcs locked him in like a cage!
"Ugh ugh ugh ahhhh!" Abomination convulsed violently; the electric current was effective against him!
"Harry, this power consumption seems a bit scary. Are you using AA batteries?" Peter looked at the rapidly decreasing battery level, feeling a bit panicked.
Data was quickly transmitted through the special connection between Lening and Harry, and Harry operated the workbench with both hands rapidly.
"Uh, Harry? That big green guy found me. Maybe you can negotiate with him? After all, you are both green... Whoa!"
Hulk rescued Betty and General Ross from the helicopter, turned his head to see Peter, scratched his head, and then approached Peter with an unkind look in his eyes.
"My god, hurry, hurry. I don't want to be caught in the middle of these two big guys." Peter's eyes darted constantly between the two giants.
"Mission accomplished, Peter. Now, improvise."
Harry typed the last few keys, the robotic arm on the workbench stopped working, and a sparkling neural implant was lying on the machine tool.
Flipping the surgical tool in his hand, it was time for him to make his own appearance—to perform surgery on Abomination.
Peter was stunned for a moment after hearing this: "Improvise? Uh, Mr. Hulk, I also have a green friend. I mean, I'm also here to fight this bald guy. Do you like working together?"
Hulk frowned. This little thing seemed to talk a bit too much, but it didn't seem to be an enemy.
"Roar!"
He let out a roar, meaning for Peter to get lost.
