Summer vacation was almost ending. One afternoon, Aarihito had an idea.
"Let's go on a small trip," he said.
"A trip ?" I asked.
"Yes", Aarihito replied.
"Just us."
Purmodo smiled.
"That sound fun."
Soon everyone agreed.
Ritou, Purmodo, Aarihito, his girlfriend, and I planned a trip to a small hill town. The next morning, we met at the bus station. The sky was clear. The sun was bright. Ritou waved when she saw me and my brother.
"Good morning," I said.
"Good morning," she replied.
Purmodo stretched his arms.
"I hope this trip isn't boring," he joked.
Aarihito laughed.
"It won't be."
Soon the bus arrived. We all got inside. Ritou and I sat together by the window, watching oudside. A cool wind came through the window.
"It's beautiful", she said softly.
I nodded.
"Yes."
Behind us, Purmodo, Aarihito, and his girlfriend were talking loudly. Sometimes they laughed so much that other passengers looked at them
After a few hours, the bus finally reached the hill town. The cool air and green hills surrounded us.
"Wow", Ritou Said.
"This place is amazing."
We spent the day exploring, walking through shops, tasting local food, and capturing memories in pictures.
In the evening, we climed a small hill and watched the sunset. I stood beside Ritou, the wind gently moving her hair while she looked calmly at the horizon, and I felt Peaceful.
Purmodo whispered to skirihito," This looks like a movie scene."
Aarihito laughed softly.
The sun slowly disappeared behind the hills. That trip became one of my happiest memories.
And I knew I would remember it for a very long.
