Zi Han and Yu Wuxian walked into the classroom together.
As usual, Zi Han slid into her seat and pushed her bag neatly into the desk. The moment her hand went in, however, she paused.
Papers.
Lots of them.
Her fingers brushed against smooth envelopes stacked carelessly together, and even before she pulled them out, her expression had already flattened into quiet resignation. When she brought them out and placed them on the desk, the familiar sight greeted her; pink envelopes, white envelopes, some delicately folded, some decorated with little hearts and ribbons.
A faint sigh escaped her.
This again.
Ever since the revelation of her relationship with Ming Ye, this had become part of her daily routine. Every morning, without fail, she would arrive, empty her desk of these letters, and discard them. It was repetitive, tedious, and frankly… pointless.
