Alpha Draven's brows pulled together when he walked into the empty dining room, he had been uneasy leaving the Omega behind with the rest. He suddenly felt panic rise up his chest until his scent drifted to him.
He followed it all the way to the garden. He was with Wilson crouched down, their total attention on some flowers while Helene stood in the gravel path watching them.
He had only taken a few steps in their direction when the air suddenly shifted and a howl traveled through the quiet atmosphere.
Wilson stood up immediately and looked at Alpha Draven—alarmed. The Alpha was already beside the Omega in seconds and pulled him up from the ground.
His eyes nervously moved between the three of them as Helene also looked towards the entrance of the garden as if expecting something to jump at them.
