Seeing the time wheel fully powered, Isamu raised both hands and poured in the last of his chakra. Even now, he didn't drop the dramatic tone:
"Power that rules the world… descend from the void and rewrite everything!"
Then he roared—
"Ultimate Time Manipulation: Reverse Time and Space!"
The moment his chakra emptied, the massive time wheel spun wildly and erupted in blinding white light.
In an instant, the entire Ninja World was engulfed.
Everything changed.
The destroyed Five Great Villages were restored to their original state—as if nothing had ever happened. Buildings rebuilt themselves, landscapes reformed, and even those who had died were brought back.
The battlefield followed the same pattern.
The shattered land turned back into a dense forest. Mountains reappeared. Craters vanished.
And the dead… returned.
Though they remained unconscious, their lives had been restored.
But not everyone came back.
The two Uchiha elders and the two Konoha elders remained gone—whether by design or limitation, only Isamu knew.
High above, Isamu looked down at what he'd done.
A faint smile appeared.
"…So it worked."
But the cost hit immediately.
His Six Paths state collapsed. The Nine-Tomoe Rinnegan faded. All his power drained away.
His body went limp—and he fell.
As his chakra vanished, the time wheel disappeared, and the white light faded from the sky.
Below, the world returned to normal.
The Senju brothers opened their eyes.
Since they were already dead, they hadn't been affected by the memory extraction or time reversal.
Tobirama looked around, completely stunned.
"…What the hell? This was a wasteland a moment ago—how is it a forest again?"
Hashirama, however, understood instantly.
"…He did this."
Then Tobirama pointed into the distance.
"Ani-chan—look! Those people… they were dead!"
Hashirama followed his gaze—and his eyes widened.
The fallen were breathing again.
Realizing something, Hashirama closed his eyes and sensed the distant village.
When he opened them again, the truth was clear.
"…This is beyond anything human."
Just then—
Isamu dropped from the sky in front of them.
Hashirama moved to catch him, but Isamu twisted midair and landed on his feet—barely holding himself upright.
Even in that state, his expression stayed firm.
"Senju Hashirama… I've restored your village. The debt is repaid."
His voice was steady, even if his body wasn't.
"From now on… the Uchiha owe you nothing."
Hashirama sighed.
"…Do you really need to draw such a hard line? I already told you—letting your clan live was simply the right thing to do."
But Isamu didn't respond. He didn't have the energy—or the interest.
Instead, he frowned slightly.
"The war is over. Are you leaving… or do you want me to send you off?"
Tobirama immediately bristled.
"You brat—don't get cocky—"
"Tobirama, enough."
Hashirama cut him off.
Tobirama clicked his tongue and looked away, but stayed silent.
Hashirama then looked back at Isamu—really looked at him.
Weak. Barely standing. Running on will alone.
The threat meant nothing now—but that didn't matter.
"…There's no need," Hashirama said calmly. "The war is over. It's time for us to leave anyway."
He turned slightly.
"Tobirama. Let's go."
Tobirama hesitated.
For a moment, the thought crossed his mind—this was the perfect chance to eliminate Isamu.
But then his gaze shifted.
To Tsunade.
Unconscious… and not alone.
His expression changed.
In the end, all he said was—
"…Yeah. Let's go."
Hashirama smiled faintly. His brother had made the right choice.
Both of them formed hand signs.
"Edo Tensei… Release."
Their bodies began to glow, breaking apart into white fragments as their souls separated.
Before ascending, Hashirama looked at Isamu one last time.
"I didn't expect to meet someone like you on this return."
He smiled warmly.
"You remind me of Madara. If he saw you now… he'd be proud."
He paused, then added more gently:
"Take care of Tsunade. She's your family now. And next time—think before you act."
"That's all I'll say."
Tobirama snorted.
"I'm not as nice as him. Just remember this—take care of your wife and child."
His eyes sharpened slightly.
"If you don't… I'll come back and deal with you myself. Got it?"
Hashirama shook his head. "That's enough, Tobirama."
Their spirits began to rise.
"Goodbye," Hashirama said.
Tobirama turned away—but just before disappearing, a faint smile touched his lips.
Good kid… I wasn't wrong about you.
With that—
both brothers ascended into the sky and vanished.
Silence fell over the battlefield.
And for the first time since everything began—
it was truly over.
