Chapter 154 - Chapter 154: Extracting Everyone’s Memories

Hearing the reckless provocation from the two Moderate Faction elders, Isamu didn't argue—he simply turned and acted.

Two Truth-Seeking Orbs behind him shot forward.

"Bang! Bang!"

The impact was instant. The two elders were obliterated, their bodies reduced to scattered flesh and blood.

Isamu didn't even flinch. "I touched you. What can you do about it?"

His gaze shifted to the remaining members of the Moderate Faction.

They immediately backed away, fear written all over their faces. To them, Isamu now looked less like a leader—and more like something terrifyingly inhuman.

"Hmph. Cowards. No wonder Konoha looks down on you."

He lost interest completely. Killing them would just be a waste of effort.

Turning away, he floated toward Senju Hashirama.

In the distance, Danzo Shimura watched with open satisfaction. "Idiots… thinking he'd protect them. With that attitude? They were asking for it."

When Isamu stopped in front of Hashirama, his tone changed slightly—more measured, almost reflective.

"Back then, when my father lost, you didn't wipe out the Uchiha. You allowed us to live in Konoha. That's something we've never forgotten."

Hashirama scratched his head and laughed lightly. "That was only right. Madara was responsible—not the entire clan. I would never kill innocents."

Tobirama, however, scoffed. "And yet you chose now to remember that? If you really understood gratitude, you wouldn't have started this war."

Isamu ignored him completely.

"I don't like owing debts," he continued calmly. "Today, I'll repay it. After this, the Senju and Uchiha owe each other nothing."

Then, after a brief pause, he added quietly—

"Take care of Tsunade for me."

Before anyone could respond, he rose into the sky.

"Tian—Isamu! Wait!" Tsunade tried to follow, but Hashirama held her back.

Tobirama frowned. "Repay the favor? How is he planning to do that?"

Above them, Isamu brought his hands together and closed his eyes, gathering chakra.

The battlefield fell into uneasy silence.

Then—

his eyes snapped open.

The nine tomoe within his Rinnegan spun violently.

"Come… Power of Time. Manifest!"

A beam of black light shot into the sky.

Moments later, something enormous appeared—an ancient, massive time wheel, so large it seemed to blot out the sun itself.

The entire battlefield erupted in panic.

"What is that?!"

"It's massive… is he trying to destroy the world?!"

"If the world ends, he dies too!"

"No—look at what he did earlier. He already hid his clan. He might actually do it!"

Chaos spread quickly. The Five Kage couldn't restore order.

But Hashirama and Tobirama remained calm.

"If he meant to destroy everything," Hashirama said quietly, "he wouldn't call it repaying a debt."

They simply watched.

In the sky, Isamu raised his hand again.

"Ultimate Time Drive: Memory Extraction!"

The time wheel began to turn.

From it, countless dark, intangible tendrils extended—rushing toward every living being across the Ninja World.

No one could stop them.

Ninjutsu passed straight through them as if they didn't exist.

In an instant, the tendrils reached into minds—ninjas, civilians, everyone.

Even Tsunade was affected.

Tobirama tensed. "Ani-chan… is this safe?"

Hashirama didn't look worried. "He wouldn't harm her. Or his own child."

Tobirama froze. "…Child?"

Hashirama nodded slightly. "Exactly what you think."

That realization hit Tobirama harder than the technique itself.

Meanwhile, the tendrils began pulling something out—

memories.

Every memory related to this war was extracted, forming small blue orbs of light.

One by one, they returned to the time wheel.

Across the world, people collapsed—unconscious, their memories gone.

In the sky, Isamu checked his condition.

"…Just this alone used a third of my chakra."

His expression tightened.

"Not enough."

His eyes shifted downward—to Tsunade, lying unconscious.

For a brief moment, his composure cracked.

"…I'm sorry. I won't be there this time."

Then his resolve hardened.

"Fine. Then I'll force it."

A surge of red energy erupted from his body.

He forcibly broke through the Eight Gates—blood-like steam rising around him as his chakra skyrocketed.

His voice was steady now.

"Just hold together… I can't fail here."

He raised his eyes again, locking onto the time wheel.

The tomoe spun faster—faster—

"Now… Rewrite Time."

He poured everything he had into it.

The massive wheel responded.

And slowly—

its hands began to turn.
