Silas was the first to leave while Salvar stayed behind to change his clothes for real this time.
The moment the door closed, Salvar pulled the half-open shirt off himself and threw it toward the bed carelessly.
Then his eyes landed on the coat Silas had left behind.
Salvar stared at it for several seconds.
Disgusting.
He walked over, picked it up using only his index finger and thumb like it carried infectious disease, then immediately dropped it onto the floor beside the bed.
Much better.
He rubbed the back of his neck tiredly. The arm sling had started straining his shoulder badly after wearing it for too long.
Nobody was upstairs to nag him anyway.
So naturally, Salvar slipped his injured arm out of the sling and attempted to straighten it carefully.
A sharp pain immediately shot upward.
"Nope."
Absolutely not.
He shoved the arm back into the sling with visible betrayal toward his own body before walking toward the drawer.
