"What do you mean gone?"
Dante's voice cut through the room sharply.
Camille felt his entire body tense against hers.
Victor exhaled harshly through the phone.
"I mean literally gone. The building's on fire. Servers destroyed. Security wiped. Somebody got there first."
Elena's voice appeared faintly in the background.
"How bad?"
Victor answered immediately.
"Professional bad."
Dante released Camille slowly and took the phone fully.
"Talk clearly."
Camille already hated the look in his eyes.
That cold calculating look always meant trouble.
Victor's typing echoed loudly through the call.
"I hacked nearby traffic cameras. Multiple black SUVs entered the facility forty minutes ago."
"Helixor?"
"That's the weird part." Victor paused. "The vehicles weren't registered to Helixor."
Adrian's voice suddenly joined in too.
"Then who the hell are they?"
Silence crackled briefly across the line.
Then Victor answered quietly
"I think your father has partners."
