Aether Power System
1. Aether Ranking System
All individuals capable of manipulating aether are classified by rank:
E → D → C → B → A → S → SS → SSS → EX → Mystic → Sovereign
Note: The ranking system may evolve as new forms of power are discovered.
2. Origin of Aether
At the center of the world exists the World Tree, the source of all aether.
• The World Tree releases raw aether into the atmosphere
• This raw aether is naturally refined by environmental forces
• Different celestial and natural influences shape it into distinct types
• Living beings absorb the type of aether they are most compatible with, which they then convert into their element.
3. Types of Aether
Each aether type is tied to a natural or celestial source and is typically aligned with specific races.
Solar Aether
• Source: The Sun.
• Users: High Elves, Humans.
Lunar Aether
• Source: The Moon
• Users: Dark Elves, Demons
Verdant Aether
• Source: Plant life (similar to photosynthesis)
• Users: Exclusively Wood Elves
Primal Aether
• Source: Internal (self-generated)
• Users: Beastkin
• Unique Feature:
Instead of absorbing refined aether, Beastkin take in raw aether and convert it within their bodies into personal power
NOTE:The converted Aether absorb will be turned into your element in the core, except for the beast kin who dominate in strength, but there are unique ones that wield Elements.
●Excessive absorption of aether has extremely bad effects. The world runs on the concept of not being greedy. Those who absorb too much for their core except when advancing have a greater chance of getting corrupted. Basically like a magical zombie.
4. Body Strengtheners (Non-Elemental Path)
Not all warriors manipulate external aether types.
Body Strengtheners possess an Aether Core but do not align with any element. Instead, they channel aether directly into their bodies and weapons.
Capabilities
• Enhanced strength, speed, and durability
• Weapon reinforcement using aether
• Close-combat dominance
Ranking Progression
• Initiate → Practitioner (Months)
• Practitioner → Veteran (1–3 Years)
• Veteran → Elite (5+ Years)
• Elite → Master (Rare)
• Master → Grandmaster (Legendary)
Unlike elemental users, their growth depends heavily on discipline, training, and physical limits rather than affinity.
I'll add the world next after I manage to create a coherent world map
