For the next two days, Nina Jacobs didn't leave the base.
And just as Daniel Hale had said, no one came to cause them trouble.
But more importantly, the base hospital had sent notice that they were ready to prepare for Vera Coleman's surgery at any time.
This was Nina Jacobs's first time at the base hospital.
The City D base hospital was located on the west side of the base, very close to the west exit.
The hospital was six stories high and covered a considerable area.
Since it was newly built, the hospital wasn't crowded.
"Please rest assured. We will ensure Mrs. Coleman's surgery goes smoothly."
In the consultation room, Vera Coleman looked in astonishment at the dozen or so doctors before her.
Apparently, this was the medical team the hospital had assembled just for her.
Originally, the hospital had also formed a healing team for her, consisting of ten Healers.
But Nina Jacobs only chose three of them.
She was worried that too many Healers might be counterproductive.
