With her back turned, Phoebe Buck passed over a tube of aloe vera gel from Ivy Holden's bag.
Ivy Holden squeezed out the aloe vera gel and applied it to Jensen Morrison's burn, then asked, "Does it hurt?"
"It doesn't hurt. It's cool and feels really nice."
"Mm, you have a few small blisters. I'll pop them for you when we get home, but you'll have to sleep on your stomach tonight."
Jensen Morrison turned his head, leaned close to Ivy Holden's ear, and whispered, "It's fine. I'm used to sleeping on my stomach anyway."
"Be serious!" Ivy Holden scolded, fanning it with her hand to help the aloe vera gel dry faster.
"If you're angry, take it out on me. Don't keep it bottled up," Jensen added.
They were so close that when they spoke, they could feel each other's breath on their faces.
