Ivy Holden closed her eyes for a moment before slowly opening them. Just as she expected, a sickly-looking man stood before her.
He was around twenty years old, rail-thin, with a pale face and vacant, lifeless eyes. He looked like a handsome puppet.
"Mmph... mmph..." Ivy Holden frowned and struggled a bit.
The man's lips curled into a smirk as he reached out and tore the black tape from Ivy Holden's mouth.
"Who are you? Why did you kidnap me?!" Ivy Holden demanded.
"Ivy Holden, daughter of Carson Holden and Cynthia Zimmers—just as beautiful as they say!" The sickly young man nodded.
'This guy's too young to have any sort of relationship with my parents. It must be a grudge from the previous generation.' Ivy Holden sneered, "So, you kidnapped me to have your way with me?"
"Such a beautiful girl shouldn't say such vulgar things."
"You used these kinds of methods to get me here. What, did you think this was a date?"
"Sharp-tongued." The sickly man chuckled.
