She smiled. "Yes, there's a new project I'm considering. How do you have time to come see me?"
"I'm not a workaholic like you. I'm taking the day off." Julian Grant flashed a roguish grin, but it vanished when he saw her pale face. His expression immediately softened with concern. "What's wrong? You look terrible. Have you been so busy with work that you haven't been resting properly?"
Aria Sterling thought about the series of events she'd been through recently. 'How could I possibly be well-rested?'
"Oh, I guess so. I'll be more careful." She turned her head, not wanting to continue the conversation, and moved to pour him some tea.
Before she even reached the water cooler, Julian Grant stopped her. "Let me. You sit down and rest."
Unable to refuse him, Aria Sterling gave in and sat on the sofa. She couldn't help but touch her cheek. 'Do I really look that haggard and frail?'
