Peter stared at the Kamen Rider before him, his heart pounding with excitement.
He had always idolized Kamen Rider, and now he was actually getting to meet this hero up close. The surprise was overwhelming.
He gazed at the blue and white armor, filled with awe and envy. He almost couldn't resist reaching out to touch it.
"Can I get a photo with you?" Peter asked, his eyes shining with excitement.
For Peter, this was more than just a photo opportunity; it was a manifestation of his admiration and aspirations for heroes.
However, he noticed that the Kamen Rider before him didn't immediately respond. Instead, he gazed at Peter with a deep, silent intensity.
A sense of unease began to stir within Peter. He felt that something was amiss.
Chen Ye, seeing Peter about to flee, extended his right hand. A golden portal instantly materialized behind the boy.
Chen Ye intended to use the portal to transport Peter to an uninhabited area and teach him a lesson. After all, the crowded surroundings here would hinder his ability to act freely.
With a flash, Chen Ye appeared before Peter and kicked him into the portal.
Completely caught off guard, Peter had no choice but to be kicked into the portal.
When Peter tumbled out of the portal, he looked around and found himself in a desolate, uninhabited place—nothing but an endless plain stretching to the horizon.
Confusion and fear filled Peter's heart. He didn't know where he was or what the Kamen Rider wanted to do to him.
As if sensing Peter's confusion, Chen Ye slowly spoke, "Do you want to become a hero? Then let me see your resolve."
Transformed into Kamen Rider Eternal, Chen Ye began his assault on Peter.
Peter had only recently acquired Spider-Sense, a ability that granted him spider-like reflexes and intuition. However, he was still struggling to fully control this power. In the early stages of the fight, he could barely react in time.
But as Chen Ye's attacks grew increasingly swift and relentless, Peter found himself flustered and overwhelmed. He dodged awkwardly at times, only to be brutally struck at others. Despite his best efforts to defend himself, Chen Ye's relentless assault left him spitting blood repeatedly.
As Peter coughed up blood from Chen Ye's attacks, the Kamen Rider looked down at him coldly. "Is that all you've got? I've seen people who control the same abilities as you, and they're nowhere near this weak."
His words stabbed at Peter's pride like needles.
"Someone like you is still a pathetic waste of space, even with superpowers! You might as well just keep letting others bully you!"
Chen Ye continued to provoke Peter with his words, trying to ignite his will to fight.
Lying on the ground, Peter felt a surge of frustration. He had been inexplicably dragged into this fight and beaten up. Even after gaining superpowers, he was still being bullied by others.
Every day, he endured the mockery and bullying of others, as if his very existence was meant to be a target for their amusement.
Peter had had enough of this life. His eyes blazed with fury, his fists clenched, and he gritted his teeth so hard it felt like he was trying to channel all his strength to resist this overwhelming sense of helplessness. He forced his exhausted body to stand.
He glared at Chen Ye and roared, "I won't be bullied anymore! I'm going to become a superhero admired by ten thousand people!" His voice was filled with unwavering resolve.
Then, he charged at Chen Ye with a wild punch.
However, his attack was chaotic and lacked any form of strategy. Chen Ye easily dodged, saying, "Being a superhero isn't just about talking. You need to learn to use your Spider-Sense properly."
With a swift kick, Chen Ye sent Peter flying several meters.
Peter crashed heavily to the ground, but he refused to give up.
Chen Ye's words instantly jolted him awake. He realized that to become a true superhero, anger and determination alone weren't enough. He had to master his Spider-Sense to defeat the enemy before him.
So, Peter began to focus, trying to integrate his Spider-Sense into his attacks.
He closed his eyes, sensing the movements around him, trying to capture every subtle sound and scent.
In his perception, Chen Ye's movements slowed and became clear, as if the entire world had slowed down.
Watching Peter's persistent attempts and efforts, a hint of admiration flashed in Chen Ye's eyes.
He increased the intensity of his attacks, trying to help Peter better adapt to the combat.
As he attacked, he taught Peter how to better utilize his Spider-Sense and web-slinging.
He told Peter that to become a true superhero, one needed not only strength and speed, but also the ability to skillfully use one's skills and intelligence.
Under Chen Ye's guidance, Peter continued to strive. His attacks grew more precise, and his reaction speed increased.
He began to skillfully use his webs, wrapping them around Chen Ye to restrict his movements.
His attacks also became more swift and powerful. Seeing that he was now evenly matched with the Kamen Rider before him,
Peter's excitement surged. Believing he could defeat the Kamen Rider, he shouted, "It's my turn!"
Then he lunged at Chen Ye.
Chen Ye sneered. "Let me teach you something extra: never underestimate your enemy, and never overestimate your own abilities."
His words dripped with mockery and contempt, as if to tell Peter he still had a long way to go.
Then, Chen Ye pressed a USB drive on his belt.
"Eternal Maximum Drive."
"Now, enjoy the fun of hell. Let's see if you can survive this attack."
Blue flame energy began to gather around Chen Ye's right foot. He transformed into a blue lightning bolt, leaping into the air.
He plummeted downward, his leg aimed at Peter in a flying kick.
Peter watched this, his heart filled with terror. He knew he couldn't dodge the attack and could only brace himself to meet it head-on.
