Han Shaoqing retrieved the Tsar Bomb and stored it back in the Cosmic Ring. He and White Queen, Erik, Red Devil, and the others joined hands and vanished in the blink of an eye.
They traveled to the Soviet Union, where they repeated the pattern: eliminate eight targets, make an example of them, and use military might as a deterrent.
After the incident, Han Shaoqing sent Erik to Hong Kong to rendezvous with Professor X and the others.
Finding a moment of privacy, Han Shaoqing used Mental Transmission to return to Manhattan, USA. In an deserted corner, he retrieved Lex Luthor.
With a flash of light, a young white man with long hair appeared before Han Shaoqing's eyes.
"Hello there, boss."
The youthful Luther looked to be in his early twenties, not yet possessing his full brilliance, and had a somewhat handsome appearance.
After a quick glance at Lex Luthor, Han Shaoqing said, "Luther, I need you to find a way to infiltrate Hydra. Ideally, you should become one of their high-ranking members. Can you do it?"
Luther smiled. "I have full confidence in my abilities. But first, I need to understand what kind of organization Hydra is."
"That's easy enough."
Han Shaoqing activated the blue hand of All-Encompassing Hands, directly transferring all the information he knew about Hydra into Luther's mind.
As the information about Hydra flooded his mind, Luther's smile grew even brighter, and he said with a playful, roguish tone, "Cut off one head and two more grow in its place... sounds like fun. Consider it done, boss."
