Ellen admitted that Flint was the only person who could read her mind. In fact, she had been acting fine so her fiancé wouldn't worry her too much. However, behind her confident smile, a gnawing anxiety was building inside her. Having been pampered by Flint for so long, she wasn't used to doing things without him for the next three months.
