The black submersible warship, dragged at high speed by the Sea Demon Kraken, shot through the oppressive darkness of the ten-thousand-meter-deep sea like a meteor in the abyss, moving at an unimaginable velocity.
As the seawater temperature gradually rose, the density and complexity of the currents also increased noticeably.
This signaled that they were about to completely leave the deep sea and re-enter the chaotic, ever-changing waters of the New World.
When the warship finally broke through the thick ocean currents and slowly surfaced, blinding sunlight and the New World's uniquely violent sea winds instantly filled the bridge.
Brian stood by the porthole, squinting his eyes to adjust to the long-lost light.
"Master, we have successfully arrived in the New World," the Mythical Zoan Beast Girl Fire Rat Girl Agni reported respectfully beside him, her voice tinged with excitement.
In contrast, Agni still preferred life on the sea surface; the depths were too oppressive for her to truly enjoy.
The other Beast Girls nearby, though not explicitly stating it, largely shared this sentiment.
"Kraken, you may leave."
Brian walked to the ship's side, looked at Kraken, and issued the dismissal order.
Upon receiving Brian's command to release it, Kraken's massive body swiftly plunged into the deep sea like an eel, not daring to linger for even a moment, fearing it might be enslaved once more by this terrifying master.
By now, it was practically flailing its eight enormous tails so hard they seemed to smoke, diving deeper and deeper, even wishing it could sprout a few more tails.
Poor Kraken—after finally ending its slumber to hunt for food, it had instead encountered Brian and his ship of terrifying beings. Not only did it fail to catch any prey, but it also ended up doing a round of hard labor for itself.
Brian's Observation Haki immediately spread out, covering the nearest island.
The island's architecture was uniquely styled, vibrant and colorful, brimming with Mediterranean passion and exuberance. Faint sounds of bullfighting and flamenco even seemed to drift through the air.
"Dressrosa?! I didn't expect to end up here," Brian uttered the name with interest, a flicker of amusement in his eyes. Dressrosa—this was the future stronghold of the Heavenly Yaksha Doflamingo, a nation filled with tragedy and conspiracy.
At this early point in time, Doflamingo's rule had not yet begun. This ancient country remained under the gentle governance of King Riku.
"Berlos, Agni, Feixue, Ella—you four will accompany me ashore. We need to replenish supplies for our voyage in the New World and gather the latest intelligence while we're at it."
"The rest of the Beast Girls will remain with the pirate crew. Handle any situations as you see fit."
Brian looked at the Beast Girls behind him, singled out the four, and issued concise orders.
"Yes, Master!" the Beast Girl Legion replied in unison.
The black submersible warship made no attempt to conceal itself, directly choosing to dock at the official port, announcing their arrival to the entire island.
Unsurprisingly, the entire island immediately erupted into a frenzy.
Especially when Brian descended upon the palace square with two Mythical Zoan Beast Girls and two Ancient Species Dragon Girls in an overwhelmingly dominant manner, thoroughly startling King Riku and the others.
The appearance of the five of them was like a meteor falling from the sky, instantly plunging the originally peaceful palace into dead silence.
Inside the palace hall, Riku Dold III, in the prime of his life, had been handling daily affairs of state. Tall in stature, his demeanor carried the steadiness and gentleness befitting a monarch.
But when the guards burst into the hall in terror, loudly reporting the identities of the uninvited guests, King Riku's face instantly turned deathly pale.
"Monsters... from the Rocks Pirates?!" King Riku's voice trembled.
He was well aware of the terror of the Rocks Pirates, especially Brian, who had recently captured Fish-Man Island and was listed by the World Government as one of the most dangerous Pirates.
King Riku had no time to don his royal robes. Hastily accompanied by a few trusted ministers, he hurried toward the plaza.
When he personally saw the tall, sinisterly charismatic young figure standing in the plaza, along with the several Beast Girls behind him radiating terrifying pressure, King Riku's legs nearly buckled beneath him.
Brian paid no mind to King Riku or the reactions of the ministers behind him. He merely scanned the palace as if no one else were present, seemingly searching for something.
Unfortunately, as time passed, his eyes showed less and less interest. For him, this island held nothing particularly worthwhile to collect.
In a single word: poor!
Although it was true that after taking over this island, Doflamingo did not treat its people as human beings, imposing a violent and iron-fisted rule.
It was undeniable, however, that Doflamingo's arrival had indeed breathed new life into the ancient island of Dressrosa.
Agni stepped forward, her scorching fiery aura spreading through the air, pressing on the nerves of the surrounding guards.
"Our master Brian commands," Agni's voice was icy and full of authority. "Prepare the highest-grade voyage supplies immediately: top-quality fresh ingredients, pure drinking water, high-strength Deep-Sea Alloy, and sufficient Special Fuel."
"You have one hour. Any delay, or if the quality of the supplies does not meet the requirements, Dressrosa will be completely erased from the map of the New World."
One hour! Such a massive demand for supplies, to be gathered and transported within an hour, was practically an impossible demand!
King Riku felt the undisguised killing intent emanating from Agni and dared not resist at all. He understood perfectly well that this woman was absolutely not joking.
"Yes! Yes! Please rest assured, Mr. Brian! We will comply immediately, right away!" Sweat beaded on King Riku's forehead. Disregarding the dignity of a monarch, he shouted incoherently.
He immediately ordered all ministers and the military to mobilize the nation's resources at the fastest possible speed. The entire Kingdom of Dressrosa instantly plunged into a chaotic yet extremely efficient state of operation.
Unaware of the truth, the civilians only knew that the royal family was transporting supplies at an unprecedented pace. The streets were filled with panic and unease.
King Riku's gentle, frugal ruling style was instantly shattered by Brian's violence and efficiency.
Brian did not enter the palace. Accompanied only by two Mythical Zoan Beast Girls, he stood quietly in the plaza.
His very presence was the strongest deterrent to everyone on Dressrosa.
As for the two Dragon Girls, Feixue and Ella, they were responsible for supervising the loading and quality of the supplies. Their sharp Ancient Type eyes kept the officials in charge of transportation on edge, leaving them no room to cut corners.
In less than forty minutes, all the supplies—over a dozen truckloads of high-quality provisions—were accurately transported to the port. There, other Beast Girls and maids gathered and stored them in the ship's hold.
Once everything was settled, Brian prepared to leave. Unexpectedly, King Riku chose this moment to call out to him again, at the most inopportune time.
