Axel watched as Marcel healed Ysoriel of her injuries. First, he had to hold her hands, which, of course, did not make him feel too good. He worked hard not to glare at Marcel, even though both of them had their eyes closed.
But he more than understood the necessity of it.
Most Defineds are usually adept in the flow of Definition Essence, not Undefinition Essence, which was understandable since Undefinition was simply a ruinous exploration for a Defined, in any form or shape.
If there were educated and rich studies of Undefinition, Axel had yet to come across any of them, even within the academy.
But Marcel, despite being a Defined, could interact with Undefinition, which made him an invaluable asset. Of course, this was uniquely possible because of his Class. Axel couldn't even begin to fathom the things that would become possible as Marcel established, ascended, and later transcended.
