"Why were you on Planet B36?"
The fundamental problem was that, apart from a few photos provided by Planet B36, there was no trace of them.
Zoe Pierce had already decided to be forthcoming, so she wasn't about to start hiding things now. "I chose to go to Planet B36 because I wanted to find someone."
The Alpha's gaze sharpened on her. "Who were you looking for?"
"A Beta. His name is Arthur White." Zoe Pierce paused. "He also goes by another name: Wesley White."
"And what is this Beta's identity?"
Zoe Pierce said slowly, "An Energy Mine acquisition merchant. He's been a customer of my family's for the last few years."
Zoe Pierce's background had already been thoroughly investigated; everyone knew her family's standing.
"I have amnesia, but I've had flashes of certain images, and he was in them. My parents died in a mining accident, my glands were damaged, and my memory still hasn't returned. I want to know if he had anything to do with that accident."
