After finishing their conversation with the instructor in the airship's cockpit, Nathan Lockwood and Miles Sherman walked out into the main hall and spotted an incredibly lazy Aaron Xavier.
Miles Sherman didn't see Chase Shaw or Zoe Pierce. He opened his mouth, about to ask for Zoe, but paused and asked instead, "Where's Chase Shaw?"
Aaron Xavier glanced up. "He went to train with Zoe Pierce. She hadn't done her physical conditioning for the day."
Nathan Lockwood, who had been about to leave, stopped in his tracks.
"You guys looking for him? I'll come with. It's about time, anyway." Aaron Xavier got up from the sofa and trailed lazily after Miles Sherman.
The three of them headed straight for the training room, but when they opened the door, they were met with silence. The people they expected to find were nowhere in sight.
"Where are they?"
Aaron Xavier scanned the area, confirming that the training room was, in fact, empty.
