Tori's POV
I wasn't able to meet with Ellie after asking Nicole to take me to her room the other day.
Apparently, she refused to see me and I didn't want to force things. I'd take things slowly if that was what she wanted and I'd also do everything and anything to respect her choice.
At first, I tried acting like it didn't bother me, but honestly, it did.
I could already guess what was going through her mind after everything that happened during the final competition. Maybe she realized I was the reason she survived while the others died. Maybe she hated me for it or did she pity me instead?
Either way, none of those options made me feel any better.
Edmund visited my room yesterday to inform me that there was going to be a celebration tonight. We were the main guests and we are supposed to be there according to him.
