Albur and Mysty is currently in the B1 floor (Basement 1). This car park have a total of 7 floors, the cores have fell into the deep parts of the whole underground structure. Mysty opened her flashlight and helped open Albur's that is on his watch.
The two of them walked for a while, Albur then took out his walkie talkie and pushed the talk button.
"The machine finished scanning?"
"Yeah."
"What did it analyze?"
Mysty took out her own walkie talkie as well to listen to Rhea's words.
"The whole underground structure is extremely weak right now. I think you shouldn't use Hyper Blast in there. Its explosion would just shatter the whole car park."
"Do you see where is the core?"
"The nearest core to you guys is located at B5. In one of the metro stations that fell into the hole. The machine detected multiple holes that could lead you guys to B2, then B3, B4 until to B5."
"We cannot just break a hole and directly reach the deepest parts right?"
"Its best not to do so. If the boundary area gets damaged and shattered, the boulders and rocks that interlocked each other will slide into the hole and crush y'all."
"Awww snap. "
"Can you send us the location of the hole leading to B2?" Mysty suddenly spoke.
"Right, hold on..."
After a while, Albur's watch vibrated. He want to check, but remembered he only have one arm. He turned his head to Havoc.
"A little help?"
"Pffft."
Albur frowned. Mysty walked to him and took his watch off his hands and let the watches screen face towards Albur.
Albur checked, and found that Rhea sent him a map. He opened it, and found that the hole is just 400 meters away from them.
"Now with the barrier to prevent AC-23 viruses to interrupt telecommunication, life is so much better." said Havoc.
"Shut up, Havoc." Mysty said.
Albur created a hologram of the map and enlarged it. Mysty stared at the map, then put the watch back onto Albur's hand.
"Keep us posted, and notify us if you discover anything."
"Copy that."
Albur followed the direction given by the map. It feels like the first infection all over again.
They passed by the registration station of the car park. Devices that are covered by virus substances were completely crushed by boulders. Virus substances begun crawling into the car park. Humps are already seen forming further into the structure.
"I detected some scattered virus energy in there. Do you guys see what's down there?"
"We're noticing consumer lifeform humps in the structure. Ain't a good sign."
"What, those humps again?"
Rhea sighed. Albur looked at some of the humps.
"I'm not seeing any nukes in them. Just some rocks and stones."
"They won't bite through the hazmat suit, so I guess they aren't too dangerous. But do keep an eye on them, they are still dangerous for their speed."
Mysty looked at the humps, she held onto her twin pistols tight. She then fired a Concentration Shot at the hump. The hump squirted out purple liquid as the bullets exploded it. The purple liquid flowed out, bringing a chunk of a rock out as well.
The rock have 3 short and tiny legs that are bony. It doesn't have eyes, but have a half grown mouth with tiny razor sharp teeth. It looks absolutely hideous and disturbing.
It begun moving its body from side to side. And made high pitched snarl and disturbing squeaking sounds. It seemed to notice Mysty, and snarled.
Chills are sent up to Albur's spine when he saw that hideous creature. Mysty charged up another Concentration Shot and blasted it. Its body parts flew in all directions. Albur stared at Mysty, she felt extreme discomfort seeing that creature. Albur doesn't think he should talk to her, she looks very different from previously.
They continued following the map. All they heard and saw during the walk are pebbles falling off walls, cracks spreading, and dust blocking their vision. While Albur is walking, he thought about that consumer lifeform. He took his walkie talkie and pressed the talk button.
"Hey Rhea, can you scan this whole place again, but focus on detecting life signs?"
"Why? You guys should be the only one down there."
"Just in case there are any hidden threats or any survivors."
"Oh, um, right sure."
Bored of walking, Albur turned to Havoc, who is just chilling in the rifle strapped at his back.
"Hey bud."
"What?"
"You free now?"
"Can I say no?"
"No."
"What?!"
"I'm a little bored now, mind to tell me some stories?"
"Like? Red Riding hood?"
"Nah, not fairy tales. Can you.....tell me stories about your past?"
Havoc paused.
"My past?"
"Yeah, I keep hearing you mention you and Harry, very curious about what exactly happened between you two."
Havoc went silent for a while.
"Uh...n.....Nah."
"I hate you."
Albur looked at the map, and realized they're here. He shone his flashlight around, and found the hole. Albur walked to it, and looked at it. The hole is pretty big, having a 6 meter diameter.
"Now this is a huge hole."
Mysty looked at the hole, but then, she begun circling around it.
"This doesn't look like a hole formed from collapsed structure....."
"What?"
"It looks more like.....something fell and collapsed the floor."
Albur shrugged.
"Might be just some boulders, anyhow let's get going."
The hole led to the B2 floor of the car park. Albur leaped into it, but he nearly tripped due to imbalance. He tried to stay balance with only his left arm but still tripped. Behind Albur is a pile of rocks that seemingly covered a hole. Mysty landed near him, she noticed he fell and quickly helped him up.
"Thanks...."
Mysty just smiled faintly. Meanwhile Havoc is just quietly laughing, much to Albur's disgust.
"Why are you being so annoying lately?"
"Am I? I don't know."
"I don't know what has gotten into you."
Albur took a step forward, he accidentally stepped on a broken pipe. Albur looked down at it, and looked forward. B2 seems to have lots of piping systems. Tubes and pipes are seen on the walls, some are covered in virus substances, some are not.
He touched one of the pipes, then, a steam suddenly gushes out. He stepped away from it.
Just then, his walkie talkie buzzed.
"Uh, Albur? Mysty?"
"Yeah?" Albur pressed the talk button.
"I'm...detecting a lot of abnormal life signs down there...."
Mysty's eyes widened. Albur looked at the walkie talkie.
"Wait, what?"
"Those aren't the consumer lifeforms....they are something else...."
"Where are they?"
"Your current location is....B2, they are around B3 and B5."
Albur swallowed some saliva.
"Send us the map to the hole leading to B3."
"Will send when the machine detected it."
"Alright."
