Gorj knelt: Greeting to Lord Lord Azazel king of the demons.
- Gorj, what do you want?
- Declaration for the forbidden clairvoyance, O my lord.
As is expected from you, listen, I know everything, I will allow you the clairvoyance but on condition that you surround me with information about those three quasi-humans.
- The contract does not allow me, O my lord.
- Hah?
King of the demons Azazel was surprised, he had placed a jinn spy to monitor the operation, and supposedly the experience of the king of demons would make the operation without any traces.
But.....
Did they notice the presence of spies? Is there someone capable of penetrating the work of the king of the demons?
Here there are two possibilities.
The first: is that they put all possibilities, since they are mysterious that means they hide themselves intensely and are cautious, this clause in the contract may be one of the fundamentals for them to conceal from the eyes of demons and the rest of beings.
The second: and the most disturbing for Azazel is that they discovered the existence of spies from the jinn so they added the clause to prevent Gorj from explaining details of the contract to anyone especially king of demons Azazel, and violation of the contract will lead to Gorj's death directly.
- Well then Gorj, I will give you the permission.
Azazel threw a bottle containing black liquid to Gorj.
This liquid represents the declaration for the forbidden clairvoyance, Gorj drank it in one gulp, now he will move from his material demonic body to his astral body, the liquid will go to the waste but the enriched energy in it will transfer to his astral body where it makes his soul immune against the consequences of the forbidden clairvoyance for a period of time.
....
The next day Mater found a job, it consisted of laying tiles in a new street, he was using his hands in digging and arranging the tiles and even mixing the sand with the clay which was an alternative to cement in that era. He remained working all day until some of his nails were torn off and the palms of his hands became two spots of blood stuck to his skin and his fingers hurt him intensely, but he got twenty extra dirhams... now he can sew his garment and buy food and perhaps compensate for some cheap construction tools, but he still feels the longing for his gem that he used to empty feelings of loneliness.
He headed toward the tailor and as soon as he saw him he began to laugh loudly:
- Hahahahaha builder Mater, did the street dogs attack you again?
Mater ignored his topic and said: Do your work or I will leave.
- Okay okay man, I know you are not in a good situation, I wanted to joke with you, said the tailor in a malicious tone.
Mater sighed.
After about an hour Mater finished repairing his garment, now nineteen dirhams remained with him.
After another walk toward the food market Mater chose not to buy bread this time, for he found a lot of foods that open the appetite and make the mouth water like strawberries and apples and bananas and tomatoes and potatoes and carrots.
Ah, when will I have a kitchen in my house?
As for my house I must go up to the second floor someday.
After minutes of wandering and thinking Mater decided to buy apples and tomatoes enough to spend five days, now nine dirhams remained with him.
One last destination remained which is the hospital, Mater must treat his hands from the severe injuries they suffered due to Mater's necessity to make his hands tools for tiling the street.
It seems that Mater has forgotten about his precious gem, but Mater understands well... will life wait for him if he remains crying in his house all the time?
He will do the impossible to recover the inherited family treasure, but currently he must feed himself so that he does not die.
Sunset approached, Mater's hands were covered with white bandages, he had received the magical treatment that uses the secrets of herbs and plants to treat the injuries and cover them with bandages soaked in herbal liquids, tomorrow Mater will remove the bandages and find his hands as they were before they were injured, healthy and well, but nothing in this life is free, that cost him nine dirhams which means that the money he earned today from tiling the ground ended on the same day (worst feeling), fortunately the five dirhams that he had previously still remain, and he is now heading to his beloved home.
As soon as he entered he found three people who were waiting for him there.
