Just then, an ambulance arrives at the scene. As soon as they reach the hospital, Angel cries out, "Is anyone here? It's an emergency!" and starts weeping loudly. Hearing her screams, all the hospital staff rush out and immediately admit Haiku, Ema, Kuro, and Joya to the ICU.
Monster is crying. This was the first time Monster was weeping from the bottom of his heart, as if his heart had completely stopped beating. He just kept on crying, remembering his friends. Angel goes up to Monster and tries to comfort him. Monster keeps sobbing and simply cannot calm down. Angel tightly embraces him and says, "It's alright, everything will be fine."
While saying this, she was breaking down inside too, and she knew that if things didn't get better, everything would fall apart. However, she was staying strong in front of Monster.
At that moment, Monster says through his tears, "Angel, how will everything be fine? Look at Joya, her wedding is next week. I don't know much about Joya, but from the time I've spent with her, I know that she was finally about to get her happiness. You saw how happy she was, right? She even gave us her wedding cards. There was a smile on her face... that smile is gone now, Angel. If something happens to her now, I'm scared."
Angel hugs Monster even tighter, and stroking his hair, she says, "Don't worry, everything will be alright." Hearing this, Monster hugs her back and says, "Angel, don't ever leave me. You are my best friend." Hearing this, Angel begins to blush and replies, "I promise, I will never leave you."
Just then, Siddharth arrives and teases them, saying, "Cute couples! Do you know where Ema, Haiku, Kuro, and Joya are?"
Monster and Angel shout loudly, "It's nothing like that, big brother! What pleasure do you get from troubling us?" However, in their hearts, both of them were thinking, 'If only that were true.' Suddenly, Monster thinks to himself, 'What am I even thinking? She is just my friend.'
Angel asks Siddharth, "Did you kill them?"
Siddharth replies, "They got lucky. The police arrived there, so we all had to run away. They survived today, but they won't be spared next time. How dare they raise a hand against you all!"
Just then, all the doctors come out. "Haiku, Kuro, and Joya are safe, but we feel Ema's condition isn't good. Angel, can you please come with us? I need to speak with you in private."
Angel says, "Of course."
The doctor asks her, "Has Ema ever experienced dizziness or vomited blood before this?"
Angel replies, "Yes, is there a major problem, Doctor?"
The doctor says, "No, that is just why she seemed weak to us."
Angel asks, "Doctor, when will Ema regain consciousness?"
The doctor replies, "We can't say anything for sure about Ema, but the rest of them will regain consciousness within 24 hours."
Angel says, "Alright, can I go now?" They agree. Angel goes to Siddharth and says, "I'll go grab something to eat first." Siddharth says, "Yes."
It is now 12:57 AM at night. Just then, we are shown Ema, who is having a panic attack. She can neither scream nor move; tears are just silently streaming down from her eyes.
Then, we are shown Haiku, who has regained consciousness. He pulls out the IV injection that was in his hand. His head is aching, so he places his hand on it and notices that a tight bandage has been tied around his head. He thinks, 'Who ties a bandage this tightly?
It's a good thing it's on my head; if it were around my neck, they would have hanged me.' He then says to himself, "I don't know where the queen is. Let me go check on her once. No, it's so late at night. Her condition was even worse than mine, but I'm worried about her."
Next, we see Haiku getting up. As soon as he stands, he starts feeling dizzy, but he steadies himself and walks to Ema's room. He opens the door to Ema's room, and his heart stops beating upon seeing her in that state.
He screams very loudly, "Doctor, come here! Ema!" and rushes to Ema's side, grabbing her hand and weeping uncontrollably.
The doctors and the rest of the staff come running and start taking care of Ema. Just then, Haiku sees Siddharth, and saying "Bhaiya," he begins to move toward him, but he faints and collapses to the floor. Because he had screamed so intensely, the stitches that were in his head open up completely, and as he falls, his head begins to bleed heavily. Siddharth rushes to him and picks him up. The doctors then readmit Haiku to the ICU as well.
Right then, Angel receives a text message from her mother: "It's 1:30 AM. By what time will you be home? Are you even coming back tonight or not?"
Angel turns to Siddharth and says, "I have to leave. I got a text from my mom. If I don't go home, the doors of the house will be closed against me forever." She then wonders out loud if Monster will drop her back.
Monster replies, "Yes, I'll drop you."
Angel says, "Thank you."
Monster says, "Let's go now."
They walk outside the hospital, where it is raining heavily. Angel whispers to herself, 'Oh God, what enmity do you have with me? Did you have to make it rain today of all days? I had to go home with Monster.'
Just then, Monster walks over over to Angel. Before Angel can say anything, Monster takes off his jacket and begins to wrap it around her, saying, "Look how cold it is. You'll get drenched."
As Monster places the jacket around her, Angel's heart starts racing so violently that it feels like the world's fastest train, and she begins to blush.
Her entire face turns bright red. Right at that moment, Monster's face comes incredibly close to Angel's, and he gets completely lost in her eyes, just like a ship lost in the deep sea.
Seeing Monster so close, Angel feels like her heart is about to leap out of her mouth. Out of sheer shyness, she quickly turns her face away and nervously says, "The weather is so nice today, isn't it?"
Monster keeps staring at her. He then leans closer to her face, touches the tip of her nose with his finger, and teases, "Your face has turned as red as a tomato. You look completely like a witch!"
However, in his heart, he is thinking, 'Angel, you are so beautiful, just like a fairy.'

Talk about an absolute emotional roller coaster! My heart completely broke for Monster seeing him cry like that, and just when Angel was trying to be his anchor, things took a sweet, heart-racing turn in the rain. I know you all were probably blushing as much as Angel was when Monster gave her his jacket! 🥰
