The Execution:
Shie trembled, screaming about his sister's power. Lonas leaned in, his eyes cold. "I know exactly who she is. That's why you're dying first."
Lonas didn't just kill Shie; he tortured him. He gouged out Shie's eyes with his fingers and tore his limbs from his body one by one. As Shie took his final breath, the crowd watched in absolute horror. Then, Lonas did the unthinkable—he began to mockingly consume parts of the fallen enemy, a true act of a demon.

"No, no," the City Lord waved his hands. "I have no intention of interfering in your business."
The System MissionSuddenly, the System sounded a notification:

"Understood," the MC thought. As he began to walk away, the City Lord called out, "Wait! Mr., what is your name?"
The MC replied, "Gu Mang ."
He knew the City Lord already knew his real name and family background. The City Lord was clearly trying to delay him or use him for some hidden agenda. By giving a fake name, the MC signaled that he wouldn't be manipulated. Without another word, he left.
The Demonic Sect AuditionsTwo months later, the MC arrived at the Demonic Sect just as admissions were beginning. He joined the long line of applicants. Many passed the initial tests, and finally, it was the MC's turn.
As soon as he was tested, an overwhelming amount of Demonic Energy began to erupt from his body. The Elders were stunned. "Look at the density of his Demonic Energy!" one exclaimed.
A female Elder, the most powerful among them, stepped forward. "Will you be my personal student?" she asked.
The MC looked her in the eye and said simply, "No."
The Elder was shocked. "Think carefully, boy. I am the Great Elder here."
The MC smiled thinly. "So what? I will choose what I like, not what is offered."
The Elder fell silent. As the MC walked forward toward the Outer Sect, the other Elders called out behind him, "Student! You must choose an Elder eventually!"
"Not now," the MC replied without looking back. "I'll decide later."
The MC had finally successfully entered the Outer Sect.
