His eyes shifted toward Takoda.

The physician bowed deeply.

Marcus lowered his head as well.
"The orders will be carried out."
Satisfied, Kade dismissed them with a slight wave of his hand.
Outside, the rain continued to fall over Nightfall City, washing away the last traces of the night's storm.
