The way he punishes and rewards shows the maturity of a king.
But Zane wasn't a king. At least, not a King of the world or a kingdom. Though, he was king of Milo.
Staying beside her, he constantly apologized to her, not paying attention to his surroundings.
But he was forced to pay attention when Jammy shouted at him.
The Janitor called out to him and Zane looked at him for only a split glance. If it wasn't important, he would ignore the matter and focus on Milo again.
However, as it turned out, it was more than important.
The Janitor pointed his finger at the man in front of him on his knees and then said:
"This man right here is the one who did all that to Milo."
That was all.
That was all Jammy needed to say and that was all Zane needed to hear.
Silence reigned in the basement and it had teeth.
Everyone gulped seeing the silent Zane as he slowly darted his eyes at the naked man.
