With an indulgent huff, Jor didn't even bother shifting to his human form, he simply looped a thick, smooth section of his upper tail around my waist and lifted my heavy, 5kg bear suited body high into the air.
Balancing carefully, I jammed two very long, sturdy tree branches into the sides for arms.
Since the primitive beast world was tragically lacking in giant supermarket carrots, I used a thick, pointed stick for the nose, a handful of smooth river pebbles for the eyes, and another curved branch for a smiling mouth.
