Chapter 369 - Let’s Enter the Endgame |Our Love... Cannot Belong Only to Ourselves

A single voice rang out, causing every Tailed Beast and shinobi present to turn their gaze toward the source.

It was Kanon, standing in their midst. But in the next heartbeat, Naruto and Sasuke's eyes widened in shock. Kanon had stepped in front of the Sage of Six Paths.

Using Yomotsu Hirasaka, she pressed a hand against the Sage's head. A rose-shaped vortex flickered, and in an instant, the Sage of Six Paths vanished from the world.

"Old Man Sage! Kanon, what did you do to him?!" Naruto shouted.

Kanon only turned back, a slight, sickly smile on her lips. She raised a finger to her lips in a hush gesture.

"Naruto... I told you, didn't I?"

At her words, Naruto froze. A memory, transmitted via Tsukuyomi, flooded his mind.

"If it were truly possible to let people embrace their lost loved ones again and compensate for all those countless regrets, it would be worth trading everything to bring it back." Those were the words Kanon had once spoken to him.

Beside her, Sasuke lunged, but Kanon struck him with a palm, sending him flying dozens of meters away.

Even Kakashi and Sakura stared at Kanon in horror.

"What are you saying, Kanon?! What is it you intend to do?!" Kakashi's expression hardened; he stared at Kanon with lethal intensity.

But at that moment, Madara stepped to Kanon's side, his Rinnegan swirling as he looked at Kakashi. "Kakashi Hatake, if you want to stop our child, you'll have to defeat me first."

"What did you do to the old man?!" Kurama swiped at Kanon with a claw.

In an instant, Kanon's gaze locked onto the nine beasts. Above them, countless Gracious Deity Gates materialized and slammed down with crushing force. Within seconds, all nine Tailed Beasts were pinned to the earth, unable to move.

"Kurama!" Naruto gasped.

Sasuke and Kakashi moved to charge again. They still had strength left; they had to stop Kanon here. But after only a few steps, Naruto's hand blocked them.

"Naruto?!" Kakashi questioned, bewildered.

"What are you doing?!" Sasuke frowned.

"I trust Kanon... just as she trusted that I would become Hokage. I want to see what this 'Flower Field' of her dreams looks like."

Seeing Naruto stop the others, Kanon smiled, a smile of relief. Even at this final hour, she was grateful that Naruto still trusted her.

"Naruto... wait for me."

"My dream is about to become a reality..."

Kanon stepped forward and tilted her head at Naruto with a playful smile. The wind caught her ink-black hair, carrying a sweet fragrance. Then, her figure dissolved into a vortex of roses and vanished.

"I understand."

...

Inside the Flower Realm.

Kanon arrived in a field of flowers. Standing in the center was a figure who looked exactly like her, but her expression was stained with tears.

"Are you ready?"

"Yes..."

The doppelgänger turned, holding out a fruit.

"Is this the Chakra Fruit condensed from Kaguya Ōtsutsuki?" Kanon asked softly.

"Yes..." Konin nodded.

Kanon reached for it, but noticed Konin gripping it tightly.

"Hm?" Kanon looked at her, confused by the hesitation.

"Kanon, have you truly thought this through...?"

"With my dream right before my eyes, I find myself regretting it."

"Kanon... the road ahead will be incredibly lonely and desolate. I am you, which is why I must remind you, over and over, just how difficult this path is..."

Konin looked at Kanon's calm face. Memories of the past flashed before her, the whispers, the tender gazes, the laughter that had long faded. But looking at Kanon now, Konin's heart was no longer cold.

"Let's find another way... Kanon."

But Kanon gripped Konin's hand tightly and smiled. Even at this final moment, Konin was worried about her.

"Only I can do this. If I can compensate for those countless regrets, I am willing to trade everything I have to bring them back..."

Konin gritted her teeth, her lips trembling. "Even if the stars shatter and the seas run dry, leaving you all alone, unrivaled in this world, yet able to do nothing but dwell on the past? In the end, there will be silent sorrow; you won't even have the right to recall the memories..."

"Looking back, the world will be silent. Are you prepared for that?!"

"Kanon! You don't have to…"

Before Konin could finish, Kanon covered her mouth.

"I know what you want to say..."

"But this is my responsibility. Perhaps this struggle in the mortal world... is my fate."

Konin released her hand, tears streaming down her face. "If that is your decision, then we must enter the endgame. Before we do, there is one last thing you must do."

"What is it?"

"Kill me... inside my heart lies the final seed required to trigger the Infinite Flower Realm..."

Kanon's pupils contracted. Her expression was one of pure shock.

"It's okay. I'm just a fragment of your consciousness. Do you remember how we first met?" Konin smiled sincerely.

Kanon remembered. The first time she had met Konin, she hadn't appeared as a person, but as a book, the Encyclopedia of Ninjutsu, which was how she had earned her name. As this memory surfaced, Kanon realized Konin was smiling.

"Come. Just use this hand..." Konin grabbed Kanon's hand.

"No! No, Konin! We can't do this." Kanon shook her head. Both of their faces were drenched in sweat and tears. They stared into each other's eyes, filled with both reluctance and ironclad resolve.

"Since you have set your will, you must do this."

Kanon's hand trembled as Konin raised it.

"Konin, I... I can't!" Her voice choked. Tears blurred her vision.

Konin gently took Kanon's hands and pressed them against her own chest.

"I know it's cruel, Kanon. But our love... it cannot belong only to ourselves."

Kanon's hand shook, but Konin smiled, wiping the tears from Kanon's eyes.

Before Kanon could speak, the sound of flesh being pierced echoed through the air. Konin had forced Kanon's hand through her own heart.

Countless petals burst from Konin's back. Simultaneously, a book appeared in Kanon's other hand, along with a dull Rinnegan, Urashiki's eye. Konin's complexion turned pale, and she dissipated into a flurry of flowers. Only a few petals remained in the Flower Realm.

Kanon fell to her knees, her body shuddering violently.

As the petals scattered, Konin's voice echoed one last time:

"Kanon, you must succeed!"

Kanon curled into a ball, clutching the Encyclopedia of Ninjutsu to her chest, just as she had among the ruins of the Hidden Sound Village. Tears streamed down her dirty cheeks; her eyes were red and swollen from hours of weeping.

Her voice was weak and trembling, laden with deep sorrow and nostalgia. Her petite frame shuddered with every sob, each one a pain torn from the depths of her soul.

The Flower Realm seemed indifferent to her suffering; only the whistling wind and distant, intermittent wails accompanied her tears. The book in her hands carried a faint floral scent, everything Konin had left behind.

From a six-year-old girl to the fifteen-year-old she was now, Kanon had grown into a brilliant young woman, while Konin had fulfilled her mission and departed the Flower Realm.

Tucked within the pages of the encyclopedia, a colorful seed fell out, the final catalyst for the Infinite Flower Realm.

Time passed. Kanon finally sat up, staring at the Chakra Fruit and the Infinite Flower Realm seed, which she and the versions of herself from countless timelines had sacrificed everything to condense.

At that moment, the worlds themselves trembled. Gazes from infinite timelines seemed to converge on this one.

There was no turning back. The first invincible technique across all dimensions was about to be born.

Infinite Flower Realm. It would be an existence that shattered all causality, the only true invincible law, one that only the Kanon of this main timeline could execute.

Kanon was destined to become the strongest existence across all dimensions, powerful enough to reshape all things.

As Konin had said, the moment the Infinite Flower Realm was triggered, it would blanket the universe, moving faster than the expansion of space itself, turning the entire cosmos into a realm of flowers that would never cease to grow.

Even the River of Time would be swallowed, becoming a domain Kanon could control at will.

From this moment on, Kanon would be the Creator God of the Flower Realm!
