The dining room was surprisingly small for the size of the castle. Marix couldn't decide if it was because they didn't often have guests or because they preferred a more intimate setting during the times they shared a meal.
In the middle of the room was a large, round table that sat about 6 – 7 people. Large windows, although not as large as the ones in the throne room, lined the two connecting walls, providing a view of the ocean and the mountains. Norain was surprisingly large for being an island.
Crystal chairs sat around the table with two having more intricate designs on them than the rest. They were right next to each other and were where the King and Queen sat.
They motioned for Marix and Eilownia to join them. Marix pulled a chair out for Eilownia, helping her sit down and scoot in before taking a seat next to her.
