Ezra
I kept turning and rolling on my bed but no matter how many times I closed my eyes or how many times I tried to force it, sleep didn't come.
I stared at the ceiling for what felt like hours, turning from side to side, but it still wasn't working. From thinking about what Lilith said to me at the garden, to thinking about what my future here was and mostly, about Allen.
Finally, I sat up.
"This is ridiculous," I muttered to myself.
I got out of bed and started pacing the room.
Left. Right. Stop. Turn.
Maybe if I somehow exhausted myself, I'd finally feel sleepy. I walked around for about an hour, and yet, the sleep wasn't coming.
Then I finally made a decision.
Allen. I was going to see Allen. Then my mind went back to his last words.
The next time I get this close to you, the next time, I'm going to make love to you, Ezra. There'll be no holding back.
"He probably doesn't even remember that." I successfully found a way to convince myself.
