High above the city, Aiden silently observed everything from the balcony of the former Clear Water Sect.
Undead and humans now walked through the same streets.
Fear still existed.
Distrust still existed.
But the city hadn't descended into chaos like many would've expected.
Instead...
It was adapting.
Aiden folded his arms while watching the lights below.
Then he smiled faintly.
"This world is going to lose its mind once they hear about this place."

At the center of Breim City stood the City Lord's villa, a massive estate surrounded by towering stone walls and iron gates thick enough to withstand a battering ram. Armed guards stood watch at every entrance while patrols moved constantly along the perimeter.
Inside, the atmosphere was tense.
