Jasmine encountered a minor accident on the very first day she moved to live in Ankera Town. An octopus-like sea monster had bypassed the rudimentary stone barricade, avoided the eyes and ears of the guards hunting sea monsters outside, and crawled straight to the balcony of the house Jasmine was staying in to hide.
At night, suffering from insomnia, Jasmine wanted to go out to the balcony to check the condition of the sea surface. She had specifically chosen a room on a high floor that also overlooked the sea area where the giant dragon's treasure had once appeared.
