I didn't realize I was breathing heavily until after letting that out in the open.
"THAT IS A LIE!" Hendrick roared in denial and came towards me but I stood up in preparation for whatever he wanted to do.
"STOP!!!!" Peter roared so loudly that even I felt the brunt of it.
We were glowering at each other and even though Hendrick seemed intent on making me look like a liar, it wasn't going to work.
"Guess what?" I asked and he clenched his jaw in fury, making me smile before saying what I wanted.
"I brought Malcolm back to life," I revealed and it felt like I poured a bucket of cold water over him.
