~{DEBORAH'S POV}~
*
I laughed my heart out as I escaped through the back with the help of the maids.
Every mansion had a secret passage or a second outlet for emergencies and I used that path to leave.
I yearned to see the look on Peter's face but to find out, I would have to return which I do not want to.
I burst into laughter again as I came through the clean street elites and nobles used. Only a few people were on the road so it didn't bother me.
I took the peach color dress because it wasn't a kind of dress that would draw too much attention and I had hastily tied my hair up in a messy bun to look like a random girl.
As for my makeup, I washed it off and took off every jewelry, leaving me plain, like a commoner with standards.
To my surprise, a carriage pulled by me and the coachman asked.
"Would you care for a ride, milady?"
I smiled and asked.
"Where are you headed?"
"The market square," he replied and I smiled all the more because it was a good place to get lost.
