"It has only just begun Qing Shui is not someone who can be defeated so easily," someone in the audience said.
"Do not underestimate me Victreebel use Petal Dance," Qing Shui commanded.
Victreebel let out a sharp cry as petals began floating around its body.
Its vines moved together with the swirling petals as it spun gracefully across the battlefield.
There was no visible killing intent.
That was exactly what made the attack terrifying.
"A perfect combination of Petal Dance and Vine Whip attacking invisibly while dancing this is dangerous," Raj said as his expression became serious.
He had not expected someone his age to have such strong control and battle awareness even without help from a system.
There is always someone stronger.
That was what made this battle interesting.
"Muk use Double Team then Sludge Bomb," Raj commanded.
Two powerful attacks collided and a thick cloud of smoke filled the battlefield.
When the smoke cleared Victreebel was still standing but Muk had disappeared.
"What happened was Muk defeated."
"Victreebel does not seem heavily injured."
The spectators below began discussing excitedly.
Only Qing Shui's expression changed immediately.
"No Victreebel dodge quickly," she shouted.
"Too late Muk use Body Slam," Raj commanded instantly.
Muk suddenly emerged from underground and crushed Victreebel beneath its massive body.
Victreebel struggled desperately but could not escape.
After a moment Victreebel stopped moving completely.
Muk finally lifted its body.
Victreebel had lost its ability to battle.
Qing Shui quickly recalled Victreebel and looked seriously at Muk.
Muk was not unharmed either.
It had barely escaped the earlier attack and now showed several injuries and visible fatigue.
"Very strong now it is your turn Charizard," Qing Shui said as she threw another Poké Ball.
Charizard appeared in the arena immediately and released flames into the air as its fighting spirit surged.
"It is Charizard Qing Shui's strongest Pokémon now this will be interesting."
"Muk definitely cannot defeat Charizard."
The audience began discussing excitedly again.
Raj checked Charizard's data immediately.
"Charizard Fire and Flying type Pokémon evolved from Charmeleon known for its strong competitive spirit and intense battle instincts Combat Power 1800 Known moves Fire Fang Flamethrower Fire Spin Inferno Dragon Claw Dragon Breath Slash Air Slash Overheat Aerial Ace Brave Bird," Raj confirmed calmly.
"Muk use Sludge Bomb," Raj ordered immediately.
"Charizard use Flamethrower," Qing Shui responded.
The two attacks collided but Muk was hit directly afterward by Charizard's Flamethrower.
"Come back Muk you did well," Raj said as he recalled it.
"The real battle begins now go Gyarados," Raj declared as he released his Red Gyarados.
Gyarados roared loudly toward the sky as soon as it appeared.
Charizard's eyes showed a brief trace of fear before returning to normal.
"That is Intimidate you really prepared well," Qing Shui said seriously.
Gyarados's Intimidate ability immediately reduced Charizard's attack power.
"Gyarados use Hydro Pump," Raj commanded without hesitation.
A powerful stream of water shot toward Charizard.
"Charizard use Dragon Claw to cut through it," Qing Shui ordered calmly.
Charizard's claws glowed blue as it slashed forward repeatedly and split the Hydro Pump apart.
"Did you think I would let you hit Charizard so easily I specifically trained it to overcome its weakness against Water-type attacks so it can cut through water," Qing Shui said proudly.
"Now Charizard use Dragon Breath," she continued.
"Gyarados use Dragon Breath as well," Raj responded immediately.
The two attacks collided in midair with equal force.
"Charizard use Dragon Claw."
"Gyarados use Aqua Tail."
Both Pokémon exchanged powerful attacks repeatedly as shockwaves spread across the battlefield and dust rose everywhere.
Each collision was evenly matched.
Neither side gained an advantage.
"Not bad you can actually match my Gyarados," Raj said calmly.
"You are impressive as well my Charizard underwent extremely strict special training yet it still cannot defeat your Gyarados easily," Qing Shui replied.
"Gyarados use Rain Dance," Raj commanded.
Dark clouds quickly gathered above the arena as rain began falling heavily.
"In this rain Charizard's strength will decrease while my Gyarados becomes stronger you should surrender now," Raj said as he looked upward.
"Are you dreaming at this stage who would surrender we will fight until the end," Qing Shui replied firmly.
"Then Gyarados use Hydro Pump," Raj commanded again.
Under the rain the Hydro Pump became several times stronger than before.
"Charizard use Aerial Ace," Qing Shui ordered immediately.
Charizard lowered its body spread its wings and rushed forward along the surface of the water stream toward Gyarados at incredible speed.
"Dodge," Raj shouted as he realized how fast Charizard was.
"It is useless Aerial Ace cannot miss," Qing Shui said confidently.
With a loud impact Charizard struck Gyarados directly with its wings and Gyarados showed clear signs of pain from the hit.
