The sharp gasp Rai let out hadn't even fully cleared the air before Zade was pressing back down, his mouth catching Rai's parting lips to stifle any further protest.
Rai's fingers dug hard into the fabric of Zade's shirt, his knuckles turning white. He wanted to push, wanted to demand why the hell Zade always had to be so rough, but the friction of Zade's heavy body shifting against his thighs completely short-circuited his resolve.
Slowly, Zade broke the kiss, trailing his lips down the tense line of Rai's jaw. He lingered at the sensitive spot right beneath Rai's ear, and then his neck, nipping lightly until he felt Rai shudder beneath him.
"Still thinking about that damn key tag?" Zade murmured against his skin, his breath hot and uneven.
"Shut up," Rai breathed, his head rolling back into the pillow as Zade's mouth moved, tracing the column of his throat.
Zade let out a low chuckle that vibrated right against Rai's collarbone. "Gladly."
