It was just some random promotional messages from his network company.
Rai stared at the screen for a few seconds before locking his phone again with visible disappointment.
Which was honestly ridiculous.
Why had he even expected it to be Zade in the first place?
The bastard texted him only to annoy him and that should only make him angry to see a text from Zade.
But no, here he was...so hyped up...
Rai sighed quietly and shoved the phone aside before forcing himself to focus on work again.
The entire day passed with him keeping himself busy but checking his phone from time to time to see if the bastard had finally decided to pay him some attention.
But...
No.
There was not a single text from the bastard.
And, that irritated him so much.
So much so that, he completely forgot how insane that was.
And at that point, Rai genuinely did not understand how he had ended up this miserable and doomed.
Maybe he never will...
