Hearing Rory call his name, the smile at the corners of Jasper's lips froze instantly.
Sitting in the chair, Nix's eyes brightened in a split second.

"Rory, did you need me for something?" Jasper walked over, looking down at Rory with supreme gentleness. Deep within those dark purple irises, an expression of pure innocence and utmost sincerity was written in full.
