Originally, he had thought he would need Ultra Instinct to defeat Hit. Unexpectedly, Hit was not as strong as he had imagined.
In this current timeline, aside from the Gods of Destruction and Angels, only Jiren, Toppo, Broly, and Reg could truly be considered powerful opponents.
Jiren and Toppo were connected to Belmod, so Gohan had no intention of provoking them for now.
As for Reg and Broly, he could fight them again, but even then, the Seed of the Universe would probably only reach 20% energy.
After thinking it over, Gohan decided to focus on trainning. Once his strength reached a higher level, everything would fall into place naturally.
One Year Later
Time passed quickly, and in the blink of an eye, a year went by.
Videl was now fifteen years old. Because girls matured earlier, she had grown into a beauty just like in the anime.
At that moment, she stood on the grass at Mount Paozu, trying to lift the Supreme Kai Sword embedded in the ground.
No matter how hard she tried, it would not budge.
Goten and Trunks, standing nearby, immediately burst into laughter.
"Sister Videl, it's impossible for you to lift the Supreme Kai Sword!"
Videl snorted coldly.
"What's so great about that? When I get stronger in the future, I'll definitely be able to lift it!"
Goten stepped forward and, with visible effort, pulled the sword free.
This was not the original Supreme Kai Sword from the Kaioshin Realm. It was one of several that Gohan had casually fished up during his spare time.
He had caught more than ten of them and gave one each to Goten and the others.
As for Videl, she could not even lift it, so Gohan never gave her one.
"Haa!"
Goten transformed into a Super Saiyan while holding the sword.
Videl snorted and stormed off toward the Gravity Chamber where Gohan was training.
Inside the Gravity Chamber
Gohan and Lagss were trainning when Videl entered.
"Master!"
Gohan stopped and looked at her. "What is it, Videl?"
"Master, do you have any Spirit Tree fruits left?"
"I do, but not many."
He glanced at the thirty Spirit Tree fruits stored in the System.
"Then can you give me one? I want to become stronger!"
"Master, I want one too!" Lagss added quickly.
Gohan coughed, "If you want to become stronger, you don't necessarily need a Spirit Tree fruit."
"Then how?" Lagss asked.
Gohan reset the gravity to normal.
"Follow me."
Mount Paozu
Gohan flew down to where Goten and Trunks were.
"Goten, Trunks, do you want to become stronger than you are now?"
"Of course!"
"Then put your hands on my back. I'm taking you to Planet Namek."
"Planet Namek?" Videl asked in surprise.
Gohan nodded.
The four placed their hands on him, and he used Instant Transmission.
Planet Namek
They arrived in a Namekian village.
"So many Uncle Piccolos!" Goten exclaimed.
Several Namekians immediately recognized Gohan.
"Gohan!"
He nodded.
Nail stepped forward. "Who are these?"
"These two are my disciples. This is my younger brother Goten, and this is Trunks."
"And your purpose?"
"I wish to see the new Grand Elder."
Soon, the new Grand Elder arrived and warmly greeted Gohan.
"Long time no see."
"Long time no see."
"I have brought my disciples here and would like you to help unlock their potential."
The Grand Elder wiped sweat from his forehead.
"Although I inherited the position, I do not possess the previous Grand Elder's ability to unlock potential."
Gohan frowned slightly.
"However, the Dragon Balls of Namek can grant such a wish."
"In that case, I'll trouble you."
The Dragon Balls were gathered, and Porunga was summoned.
"State your wish. Three wishes may be granted."
The Grand Elder said, "Porunga, unlock the hidden potential within these four."
Porunga's red eyes flashed.
"So be it."
Instantly, Goten, Trunks, Lagss, and Videl felt an enormous surge of power rising within them.
Their hidden potential had been fully drawn out.
"Your wish has been granted. Do you have another?"
"Not at this time."
"Very well. Until we meet again."
Porunga disappeared, and the Dragon Balls scattered across Namek once more.
Gohan smiled faintly as he sensed the dramatic increase in their power.
Videl clenched her fists in disbelief.
"I… I feel so much stronger!"
Goten and Trunks grinned excitedly.
Gohan nodded.
"This is only the beginning."
