"Isn't all this something you all should be responsible for? The Burning Legion? Hmph, as long as Sargeras is not dead, they can never be truly defeated. They can fail once, twice, any number of times, and still make a comeback. We, on the other hand, can only succeed; we cannot fail." Deathwing wasn't interested in such matters.
This kind of retired life was quite good. It was as if he had let go of everything, with no lingering attachments, just quietly waiting for death.
"Is the Hammer of Khaz'goroth still in Highmountain?" Arthas was very interested in the so-called Pillars of Creation. They contained the power of the Titans. If he could obtain one, it would be a tremendous boost, whether for absorbing its energy or for other purposes.
"It should be. I put it in the treasury. You should be able to see it if you go with Onyxia. But I warn you, the artifacts left by the Titans are not so easy to use. I don't know why those Guardians lost these items, but the things themselves are also very dangerous!" Deathwing earnestly explained his understanding of the Hammer of Khaz'goroth.
He knew this hammer could grant anyone control over the earth, allowing them to raise mountains from flat ground or move mountains and fill seas.
"Alright, I'll be careful." Arthas asked a few more questions, and after getting his answers, he left. He never once asked what the other party needed, nor did he have to.
Deathwing didn't ask for anything either. He knew he couldn't die, and it was impossible for him to get out alive. Besides, he knew Malygos's character all too well.
"I want to learn Teleportation Magic. With it, I can save a lot more time." Arthas found Malygos and stated his request directly.
To learn magic, it was naturally best to seek out the Spellweaver. To put it bluntly, Dalaran and the High Elves were merely picking up scraps. Magic only began to take shape after the Titans bestowed it upon the blue dragons. If one wanted to learn, one should learn from the authentic source.
Malygos raised an eyebrow upon hearing this, seeming a little surprised.
"How much longer until you can resurrect Sindragosa?"
Good grief, all he talked about was resurrecting his wife. It's not like the guy didn't have other wives; he had plenty of consorts. Why was he so obsessed with this one Sindragosa?
"Fifty or sixty years if it's fast, two hundred if it's slow. You've already waited ten thousand years, what's a little more time? This is beneficial for both of us. Besides, don't you want to revive the blue dragonflight? The blue dragons suffered heavy casualties, but they weren't wiped out. We can find other ways to solve the breeding difficulties. We need to prioritize what's important. If Sindragosa could be resurrected and see the blue dragonflight flourishing again, perhaps the resentment in her heart would lessen a great deal," Arthas shrugged helplessly. Getting any benefits from the Dragon Aspects was truly difficult.
These words sent Malygos into deep thought, the veins on his forehead bulging as if he had thought of something again.
"Do you have a way to make the blue dragon eggs hatch? Deathwing corrupted all my dragon eggs, that damned traitor!" Malygos was furious. Low fertility combined with the corruption of the remaining eggs was the most critical issue. Besides, one dragon alone couldn't produce many offspring, no matter how capable.
"Ding, quest triggered: Purify the Dragon Eggs."
"Purify the Dragon Eggs: The eggs of the blue dragonflight have been corrupted by an unknown power. The Spellweaver has used magic to suppress the corruption but has failed to eradicate it. Find a way to purify the dragon eggs. Content: Purify the dragon eggs of the blue dragonflight 0/5. Reward: Mage Talent Tree."
This quest made Arthas's eyes light up. Holy cow, a Mage Talent Tree? He had just developed the Warrior Talent Tree. A Warrior plus a Paladin, a being that could both deal damage and tank, would be further enhanced. He was probably going to become a BOSS-level existence! The Warrior talent was for offense, the Paladin talent for defense, and now a Mage talent?
He didn't know how strong a mage was, but their various support spells were certainly powerful. If he could get his hands on it, it would truly save him a lot of trouble! The first thing Arthas thought of was Queen Taria. If Varian was at home, he could teleport into Queen Taria's bedroom and have unrestrained sex with his friend's mother while his friend was home! That was just too depraved!
Using Teleportation Magic for an affair... one had to say, Arthas was truly a beast. Using such a fine spell for an affair? If other mages found out, their noses would probably be bent out of shape from anger. Wasn't this a fucking desecration?
Well, expecting a beast to have any good morals was really asking too much of him. Before getting the system, he pretended to be a good kid. After getting the system, he began to let himself go, completely unleashing his inner desires.
"I'll have to try. Bring me a dragon egg to look at. By the way, couldn't Alexstrasza do anything about it?" Arthas was curious about this. The Life-Binder herself was helpless?
"No, not unless we can return to the Dragon Isles. But that's obviously impossible now. Wait a moment." Malygos sent out an arcane rune, seemingly using it to transmit a message.
Before long, Tarecgosa walked in, holding a dragon egg that had a black sheen and was covered in sinister patterns. Its shell had even begun to sprout tiny, writhing tentacles. It looked as if it had been corrupted by the void power of the Old Gods.
"Your Majesty, Lord Senegos is here to see you."
"Let him come in as well. Give the egg to him. Prince of Lordaeron, you may begin." Malygos nodded and opened the great doors at the top of the Nexus.
An elderly troll and a beautiful young high elf maiden walked in. She had a pretty and exquisite face, with two willow-leaf eyebrows that were a work of art, and a straight, elegant nose whose wings seemed to quiver slightly. Below her graceful nose was a cherry-like mouth. Though she wore no lipstick, it looked more vibrant and alluring than those who did. Her well-defined lips were rosy red, like ripe cherries ready to be picked.
"Your Majesty." Senegos and his granddaughter, Stellagosa, bowed to Malygos. Each Dragon Aspect was a king to their own flight, so addressing him as "Your Majesty" was normal. Many of Alexstrasza's subordinates, on the other hand, called her "Your Majesty the Queen."
