Chapter 196 - Elden Nasti - Target - Chapter 196

After Conrad understood what he needed, he then started making new plans.

Now that he knew who was seeking and where they were at, everything became easier than it was.

"If I get to Elden Nasti, I should be having a connection to Light Upon Us in no time."

"It is better if I move faster. If these small gang members that I have killed are not to be seen around and somebody wonders where they are, it may alert them."

"It would take some time for Elden Nasti to care about just these small fry, but it will in the end reach them one way or another."

Conrad moved towards the Lounge Hotel, the headquarters of the Snake Of The Mountain Gang.

In thirty minutes, he was on a rooftop looking directly at the entrance of the hotel.

From the outside, it looked like a pretty high-quality hotel. It was not that interesting at all.

"There are some people that are shady," he thought as he looked at the corners of the building, left and right.

"Twenty people."

"Most likely armed," Conrad thought.

For him, this is nothing, but for a small gang, it is their 10% that is allocated just to protect the outside of the gang.

Most people in real life who have no connection to the gangs and crime life have an overestimated sense of numbers and dangers.

They believed that for a gang to be counted strong, it needs thousands, even tens of thousands, of people.

But it was not real.

"As long as they are capable and ready to kill without a second thought..."

"They are dangerous and counted to be a force."

"Especially if they are led by a relatively strong and intelligent leader."

"One can do wonders with one hundred loyal and capable sociopaths."

Conrad stopped these thoughts and then started circling the hotel in Zetsu.

"Obelisk..." he whispered as he placed one of the obelisks and then continued until he placed them in a rectangular shape.

After he was done with that, which only took four minutes, the hotel, some of the streets around it, all of it, were in his eye.

He came back to the same rooftop and sat down in a meditative position and then closed his eyes.

As he closed his eyes, his awareness left his body, and he started inspecting the room like a ghost.

Due to the fact that the gang is not a nen-influenced gang, there were no nen barriers anywhere.

Now that he is covered with the whole area with "Obelisk," nothing would escape from his eyes.

Five minutes later, in the middle heights, in a pretty luxurious room, he saw ten more bodyguards in the room, five inside.

"Yes."

"That man is Elden."

"His face looks like a snake."

"He is the only individual protected within the hotel."

Conrad thought.

"Oh."

Conrad could not help but think about something.

But he then shook his head and believed that he needed to try what came to his mind while he was not on some sort of a mission.

"I wonder if I can blink at the location that I sense with my obelisk while my eyes are closed."

Conrad wanted this to be work, but he knew that his Blink-Vanishing One had a condition: he would need to see the place he wanted to teleport to with his own eyes.

If Obelisk were to work, then why did En not work?

"Most likely, it would not work."

Conrad then smiled.

"Anyway."

"I do not see any danger at all or any new users."

"I can just go in and leave from the windows."

"It is best if there is no sound and chaos involved," he thought and then closed his eyes for a moment, and then three spheres levitated from his robes.

He placed his right foot, one of them left feet, the other one, and took support from the remaining one, and then with a flash, the spheres moved.

Now that he was at the mastery of over his spheres or orbs, their speed and maneuverability increased to their highest limit.

In no time, he reached the window of the room that Elden was in and was sitting on his chair.

He touched the glass and nodded.

"It is highly tempered bulletproof glass."

"I need to involve a surgical operation," he joked and nodded.

With a focus on the tip of his finger, some amount of nen manifested, and then he started using his physical power to open enough area for him to fit.

"If my specialty and category were Transmuter, I could transmute some of my aura to have sharpness quality and open it with ease."

"But I am not really good at it."

Even for a master transmuter, using their nen as a cutting tool that's powerful enough to cut down a bulletproof hardened and tempered glass is something not that easy at all.

He worked for about fifteen minutes to finally cut enough glass without making much sound.

He slipped inside and then took a deep breath as he activated his "En."

"Good."

"I guess I can put all of these people in the room and outside to sleep."

"Take the man with me and then torture him to find what I want to know."

"Then kill him outright too."

Conrad thought about his plan and nodded.

"Okay."

"It makes sense."

"Killing these thugs should be okay," he said to himself.

He was aware of the fact that the more he was involved with these missions and fighting, the more he was okay with keeping on killing the people.

But he understood that it is the easiest way to handle the people.

"I can only think and plan that I should not be killing people who are not criminals, and that is it."

Conrad thought.

"That should be it," he murmured and then got ready to work.
